A highly air-tight propelling container is provided, in which it is easy to recognize how much the content is extruded, and rotation of the rotator is prevented to avoid that the component are damaged by a wrong operation.A propelling container comprises an inner cylinder 1 having a screw rod 2 rotatably standing on a bottom part of the inner cylinder and an inner space surrounded by a side wall and serving as a content filling space M; a dispenser head 4 detachably attached to a mouth part 1c of the inner cylinder 1 and having at least one discharge hole communicated with the content filling space; an inner plate 5 threadedly engaged with the screw rod 2 and having an annular sliding band 5b elastically contacted with an inner face of the side wall of the inner cylinder 1; an annular sealing member 14 arranged in the inner plate 5 for keeping a space between the inner plate 5 and the screw rod 2 in a air tight state; a rotator 6 for rotating the screw rod 2 via the connecting rod 7 to extrude the content in the content filling space M and to discharge it from the dispenser opening of the dispenser head 4 by sliding the inner plate 5 in a air-tight state along an axis of the screw rod 2; and a lid body 21 detachably engaged with an upper part of the inner cylinder 1 to accommodate the dispenser head 4 therein. The rotator comprises a bottom wall part 6a connected to a lower end of the connecting rod 7, and a circumferential wall part 6b extending from a periphery of the bottom wall part 6a along an outer face of the inner cylinder 1 and surrounding the inner cylinder 1, thereby rotatably held by the inner cylinder 1. The rotator is provided with an elastic body 10 repeatedly contacted with and moved away from a projection of the inner cylinder 1 upon rotation of the rotator to generate a click feeling. A stopper 16 is arranged on a base part 3 of the screw rod 2 and associated with a lower part of the inner plate 5 when the inner plate 5 is positioned at the lowest end of the content filling space M, so that rotation of the rotator 6 is prevented.

Since the materials of the intermediate member are sputtered from the plurality of targets arranged in various directions from the surface to be bonded of the substrate, the intermediate member can be uniformly formed on the surface to be bonded. Further, since the intermediate member is composed of the plurality of types of materials, the room-temperature bonding of substrates difficult to bond together when an intermediate member is composed of a single type of material can be performed without heating and excessively pressing the substrates during bonding.

The technical problem of this invention is to create check valve mechanisms of a simple configuration. Thus, the object of this invention is to provide a discharge container maintaining high productivity, showing good squeeze operation, and having improved outer appearance. The above technical problem and the object of this invention are solved and achieved by a discharge container comprising: a squeezable container 1 having an outer layer 2, an inner layer 3 laminated with the outer layer 2, a container neck 6 disposed on top of the container 1 and used as the flow path 29 for the contents, and an air intake 13 used to introduce outside air into the void between the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3; an applicator 70 having an applying mechanism and discharge holes 74 for discharging the contents, and having discharge passage 76 communicated with the neck 6; the second check valve mechanism 41 that acts to open or close the flow path 29 so as not to allow the backflow of the contents and the entry of outside air; a base cup 50 having a bottom of its own, a cylindrical wall 51, which is fitted around the bottom cylinder 8, and an air hole 54 that introduces outside air into air intake 13; and the first check valve 40, which is assembled with and fitted to the base cup 50 so as to allow outside air to pass through the air intake 13 but not to allow the backflow of introduced air.

A separable laminated container (A) of the present invention comprises an outer layer (1) made of synthetic resin and having an air suction hole (10) and an inner layer (2) made of synthetic resin and separably laminated on the inside of the outer layer, the inner layer having a portion previously separated from the outer layer just around the air suction hole. The air suction hole can be formed by driving a punch into the outer layer at a neck (4) of the separable laminated container from the outside, and punching just the outer layer leaving the inner layer behind. The portion of the inner layer previously separated from the outer layer may be left in the inwardly extended state. The inner layer is preferably made of synthetic resin having flextural modules of less than 10,000 kg/cm2.

A room temperature bonding machine is provided with an evacuation apparatus, a gas supply apparatus, a pressure gauge, a cleaner apparatus, a pressure controller and a pressing mechanism. The evacuation apparatus evacuates gas from the chamber. The gas supply apparatus supplies introduction gas into the chamber. The pressure gauge measures the pressure in the chamber. The cleaner apparatus cleans first and second substrates in the chamber when said pressure is at a predetermined degree of vacuum. The pressure controller controls both of the evacuation apparatus and the gas supply apparatus so that the pressure is regulated to a target pressure. The pressing mechanism presses and bonds the first and second substrates when the pressure is set to said target pressure.

According to such a multi-layer bonding method, the upper-side substrate can be bonded with an intermediate substrate and then a first bonded substrate is bonded with a lower-side substrate without taking out the first bonded substrate from the bonding chamber. For this reason, a second bonded substrate can be produced at high speed and at a low cost.

The piston has an end portion which can be brought into contact with the stopper, and which is formed with an annular recess extending along an outer peripheral edge of the end portion.
