摘要: A semi-transmissive liquid crystal display device is provided with a pixel electrode having in one pixel a reflective electrode reflecting outside light, and a transmissive electrode transmitting light from a back light source, on one of a pair of substrates facing to each other with a liquid crystal film placed in between. The reflective electrode and the transmissive electrode constituting the pixel electrode are formed without having a insulation layer in between. A manufacturing process thereof is simplified by halftone exposure.

摘要: When a transmission station having a voluntary transmission right transmits FINALL FRAME as a TXOP ending frame to HC, the HC transmits an acknowledgement frame ACK after SIFS following the reception of FINAL FRAME. Here, when the transmitting station has detected that no frame transmission is performed over the communication network from any other ESTAs in PIFS after the transmission of FINAL FRAME, FINAL FRAME is retransmitted in DIFS after the transmission of FINAL FRAME. By performing such a communication management, it is possible to accurately manage a voluntary transmission right even when the communication medium has a low reliability in a network in which one network pathway is time-shared by a plurality of communication apparatuses.

摘要: A receiver capable of switching between a NormalAck scheme that includes an acknowledgement for a single frame in one frame and a BlockAck scheme that includes an acknowledgement for a plurality of frames in one frame. The receiver regards the use of the BlockAck scheme to have been terminated and releases resource being used for the BlockAck scheme and switches to the NormalAck scheme if a data frame requesting the BlockAck scheme is not received within a predetermined period regardless of whether the receiving station has or has not received a data frame requesting the NormalAck scheme.

摘要: Provided is a communication apparatus by which a user can simply set a transmission quality in a network and QoS control effectively functions. QoS type receiving sections (11, 21, 31, 41) are arranged in communication apparatuses (10, 20, 30, 40) on a network, and a user is permitted to specify a QoS type to be requested to the communication apparatuses (10, 20, 30, 40), by operating the QoS type receiving sections (11, 21, 31, 41). When the communication apparatuses (10, 20, 30, 40) perform communication, the network is controlled to ensure the QoS corresponding to the QoS type received by the QoS type receiving sections (11, 21, 31, 41).
