The method includes: sending an association request message to an access point; receiving an association response message sent by the access point, where the association response message includes an association identifier; generating a data frame, where a format of the data frame is a simplified frame format, and a frame header of the data frame includes a source address and a destination address, where the length of the source address is shorter than the length of a Media Access Control (MAC) address, and the source address includes the association identifier, the association identifier and a multicast unicast indicator, the association identifier and a data type, or the association identifier, the data type, and the multicast unicast indicator; and sending the data frame to the access point.
Abstract:
An indoor positioning method includes: sending, by a client, a position request instruction to at least three access points; receiving, by the client, a response message sent by each access point in response to the request instruction; sending, by the client, a corresponding measurement report message to each access point, so that each access point obtains a radio signal flight time between itself and the client; and receiving, by the client, a position estimation result from a network side, where the network side performs a comparative calculation on the radio signal flight time received from each access point and a sampling time measured in advance between each access point and each of multiple sampling points, and the position estimation result is an obtained coordinate location of a sampling point whose corresponding sampling time has a minimum time difference from the radio signal flight time received from each access point.
Abstract:
A method includes: securely obtaining, by a first device, a first public key estimated value of a second device in an out-of-band manner; encrypting an asymmetric encryption public key by using the first public key estimated value; sending the encrypted asymmetric encryption public key to the second device; receiving an encrypted first key-exchange public key sent by the second device; decrypting the encrypted first key-exchange public key by using an asymmetric encryption private key; performing an operation based on the decrypted first key-exchange public key, to obtain a second public key estimated value; and when the first public key estimated value is consistent with the second public key estimated value, determining that the decrypted first key-exchange public key is correct, generating a shared key by using a key-exchange private key and the first key-exchange public key, and establishing a secure connection to the second device by using the shared key.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a network discovery method, an access point, and a terminal device, and relate to the field of communication technologies. The method includes: generating, by an access point, a physical layer frame, and setting indication information in a frame header part of the physical layer frame, where the indication information is used for indicating that the physical layer frame carries a network discovery message; and sending, by the access point, the physical layer frame. The present invention is applicable to a scenario where the terminal device is connected to the access point by using a WiFi network.
Abstract:
A packet processing method, apparatus, and system. A first node receives a first packet sent by a relay device, where the first packet includes data in a second packet sent by a second node to the relay device, the data in the second packet is encrypted by using second additional authentication data and a session key between the first node and the second node, and the second additional authentication data is generated by the second node according to at least address information in a packet header of the second packet by using a second rule; the first node generates first additional authentication data according to address information in a packet header of the first packet by using a first rule, and decrypts the data in the first packet by using the first additional authentication data and the session key.
Abstract:
A service information discovery method includes sending a first query request message. The first query request message carries a first hash value obtained by performing a first hash operation on service identity information of a service to be discovered. The method includes receiving a first query response message sent by a peer end. The first query response message carries first result notification information identifying whether a service of which a hash value obtained by performing the first hash operation is the first hash value exists at the peer end. The method further includes performing the second hash operation on the service identity information of the service to be discovered, and obtaining the second hash value corresponding to the service to be discovered; and if the second hash value corresponding to the service to be discovered exists in the first result notification information, determining that the service to be discovered exists at the peer end.
Abstract:
A method for exchanging a wireless network management message includes: an access point device receives a terminal management message sent by a terminal, and in a contention-free period, sends a management polling frame to the terminal. After receiving, in a contention-free period, the management polling frame sent by the access point device, the terminal sends a next terminal management message to the access point device. The embodiments of the present invention further provide an access point device and a terminal for exchange a wireless network management message. Because the access point device controls the terminal to send a wireless network management message in a contention-free period, a problem of a conflict in a contention period among a plurality of terminals that have accessed a network is avoided, thereby decreasing time for a terminal to access a network.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, an apparatus, and a system for pushing information based on a wireless local area network. The method includes: generating a push information indication message, where the push information indication message includes index information of one or more pieces of push information, where the index information includes at least one of a sequence number, an information digest, a category number, and a category name of the push information; broadcasting the push information indication message; and sending the push information. With the present invention, information may be pushed on wireless local area networks that are widely used at present, such as a WiFi network. Especially, in places such as scenic spots, shopping malls, and exhibition halls, WiFi networks can be used to introduce related information to users, instead of making explanations or presentations manually.
