    摘要: An anti-tilt apparatus is provided in the present invention, in which a frame of a vehicle is locked or released for tilt by a locking mechanism controlled according to the vehicle moving status. In addition, the present invention further provides a frame structure of a tilt vehicle wherein the anti-tilt apparatus and an independent suspended wheel set with a tiltable frame are combined together for maintaining certain comfort, good tracking capability and driving safety while the vehicle is moving and swerving. The anti-tilt apparatus of the present invention functions to lock the tiltable frame while the vehicle is operated in low speed or stop and functions to make wheels simultaneously inwardly incline for providing a tilt capability while the vehicle is swerving in high speed so as to increase higher stability and anti-turnover capability of the vehicle.

    摘要: A droplet ejection device for a highly viscous liquid includes a micro flow channel filled with a highly viscous liquid and having an inlet and an outlet channel; at least a branch channel communicated with the outlet channel; a highly-viscous-liquid supply device connected to the inlet so as to supply the highly viscous liquid to the micro flow channel; a gas supply device connected to the branch channel so as to supply a gas to the outlet channel by way of the branch channel; and at least a control valve mounted between the branch channel and the gas supply device so as to control an intermittent supply of the gas from the branch channel to the outlet channel to interrupt the highly-viscous-liquid flow in the outlet channel and to prompt the highly viscous fluid to form a droplet to be ejected out of the micro flow channel.

    摘要: A structure for enabling independently suspended wheels to lean with vehicle hull, which comprises a linkage mechanism and two suspending mechanisms. The linkage mechanism comprises: a connecting part and a four-bar linkage structure composed of a ground rod, a floating rod, placed over the ground rod and parallel thereto, and two rocking arms; wherein an end of the floating rod is pivotally connected to an end of one rocking arm while another end of the floating rod is pivotally connected to an end of another rocking arm; and an end of the ground rod is pivotally connected to an end of one rocking arms opposite to that connected to the floating rod while another end of the ground rod is pivotally connected to an end of another rocking arm opposite to that connected to the floating rod; and the connecting part has a bulging sliding block matched and inset into a straight sliding slot arranged near center of the floating rod while the bottom of the connecting part is pivotally connected to a specific position of the ground rod near the center thereof. The suspending mechanism comprises: a hub, two suspending rods and a shock absorber; wherein the hub is pivotally connected to the rocking arm by the two suspending rods, and the top of the shock absorber is pivotally connected to the top of one rocking arm while the bottom of the shock absorber is pivotally connected to the bottom of the hub.

    摘要: A micro-pulsation metering fuel injection system, comprising a throttle body and at least one injection unit. The throttle body is mounted in an inlet pipe of a cylinder of an internal combustion engine for controlling a quantity of flow of air into a combustion chamber. The injection units are mounted on the throttle body and have each a plurality of micropumps. The micropumps suck in fuel and inject tiny droplets of fuel into an air inlet inside the throttle body, so that the droplets of fuel mix with air in the throttle body, creating a mixture, which enters the combustion chamber of the cylinder. A control unit senses operating parameters of the engine and drives the injection units via a driver unit. This allows precisely to control the quantity of injected fuel and flexibly to control the distributing fuel spray, resulting in higher fuel efficiency and lore exhaust emission.

    摘要: A micropump underpressure control device, working in conjunction with a micropump having an inlet and an outlet. The micropump underpressure control device comprises a control valve and a transmission tube. The control valve is installed at a supply pipe leading to the micropump and further comprises a case with a membrane, a valve assembly, a connecting rod and a spring. The membrane is exposed to pressure from the outlet of the micropump and accordingly deformed, via the connecting rod controlling opening and closing of the valve assembly, so that working liquid is allowed to proceed to the inlet of the micropump or blocked. The transmission tube transmits pressure at the outlet of the micropump to the membrane. On an opposite side, the membrane is pressed on by working liquid and by the spring. Thus pressure at the inlet of the micropump is controlled, being kept smaller than or equal to pressure at the outlet of the micropump by a fixed difference.
