A method and an apparatus for generating data in a missing segment of a target time data sequence are disclosed. The method includes: determining whether there is a breakpoint in the missing segment; determining candidate values of the data in the missing segment; and generating values of the data in the missing segment by selectively using the candidate values of the data in the missing segment, according to whether there is the breakpoint in the missing segment. With the method and the apparatus, the data in the missing segment of the target time data sequence can be generated more accurately.

A method of tagging a geographical area includes obtaining, with a processing device, attribute information and mobile tracking data of a plurality of mobile objects, wherein the mobile tracking data comprises sampling time and corresponding sampling point locations of the mobile objects; converting the mobile tracking data of the plurality of mobile objects into new mobile tracking data according to the correspondence relationship between the sampling time and a time slices, wherein the new mobile tracking data include time slices and corresponding sampling point locations; and obtaining a set of attribute information of at least one geographical area with respect to the time slices based on the new mobile tracking data, wherein the at least one geographical area is obtained by clustering the sampling point locations.

A missing part of a movement path of an object is built using the first path segment.

The method comprising: determining at least one key area; acquiring a reference clear image, a training image under poor air quality and corresponding actual air quality index in at least one location of the key area; and training an air quality model of the key area based on feature extracted from the reference clear image and the training image and based on the actual air quality index. With the method and apparatus of the invention, air quality can be determined based on image.
