Abstract: A touch display device includes: a second substrate disposed corresponding to a first substrate; a pixel array structure disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a color filter structure disposed between the pixel array structure and the second substrate. Herein, the pixel array structure includes: a scan line extending along a first direction; a data line extending along a second direction, wherein the scan line and the data line are crossed; and a first touch signal line extending along the second direction and overlapping with the data line. The color filter structure includes: a first red unit, a first green unit and a first blue unit arranged along the first direction; and the first touch signal line locates between the first red unit and the first green unit or locates between the first green unit and the first blue unit.

Abstract: A plurality of first touch patterns of a touch substrate are disposed separately and disposed on the substrate along a first direction. A plurality of second touch patterns are separated from each other and disposed on the substrate along a second direction and interlace with the first touch patterns. One of the first touch patterns includes a plurality of first main portions extended along the second direction, a plurality of branch portions connected to the first main portions and extended along the first direction, and a plurality of first protruding portions connected to the branch portions and extended along the second direction. The first main portions and the first protruding portions are respectively disposed on two ends of the branch portions. The branch portion includes a middle section and two extending sections, and the minimum width of the middle section is less than that of the extending sections.

Abstract: Disclosed is a touch device including a substrate and a touch-sensing electrode layer thereon. The touch-sensing electrode layer includes at least one sensing electrode in a touch-sensing region, and at least one conducting line in a non-touch-sensing region. The conducting line is electrically connected to the sensing electrode. The non-touch-sensing region is located outside of the touch-sensing region, and the non-touch-sensing region includes a curve region connecting a first non-curve region and a second non-curve region. Abstract: A substrate structure includes a first substrate, a plurality of first bonding pads and a connecting layer. The first substrate has an element configuration area and a peripheral area. The peripheral area is disposed around the element configuration area. The first bonding pads are configured spacing at the peripheral area, and a gap is provided between two adjacent first bonding pads. The connecting layer is disposed on the first substrate and covers the first bonding pads and the gaps. The part of the connecting layer close to the element configuration area is configured with a plurality of first arc edges.
