    Abstract: A touch device including a substrate and a touch-sensing electrode layer thereon is provided. The touch-sensing electrode layer includes a sensing electrode in a touch-sensing region, a first conducting line in a non-touch-sensing region and a second conducting line in the non-touch-sensing region, wherein the second conducting line is disposed between the touch-sensing region and the first conducting line. The first conducting line and the second conducting line are respectively electrically connected to the sensing electrodes. The non-touch-sensing region is located outside of the touch-sensing region, and the non-touch-sensing region includes a third region connecting a first region and a second region. The first conducting line has a first width in the third region, the second conducting line has a second width in the third region, and the first width is greater than the second width.

    Abstract: A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes a substrate, a transistor, a metal layer, and a light-emitting diode. The transistor is disposed on the substrate. The metal layer is disposed on the transistor and electrically connected to the transistor, wherein a first distance is between the upper surface of the metal layer and the substrate in a direction perpendicular to the substrate. The light-emitting diode is disposed on the metal layer, wherein the light-emitting diode includes a light-emitting diode body and an electrode, the light-emitting diode body is electrically connected to the metal layer via the electrode, the light-emitting diode body has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the first surface and the second surface are parallel to the substrate, and in the direction above, a second distance is between the first surface and the second surface, wherein the ratio of the second distance to the first distance is greater than or equal to 0.25 and less than or equal to 6.

    Abstract: A touch sensor device is provided. The touch sensor device includes a substrate having a sensing region and a non-sensing region. There is a plurality of sensor electrodes disposed on the surface of the substrate in the sensing region. At least one of the sensor electrodes has a sidewall with a concave-convex contour. The concave-convex contour includes a first convex portion, a second convex portion, and a concave portion between the first convex portion and the second convex portion. The first convex portion is closer to the surface of the substrate than the second convex portion, and the first convex portion is more outward than the second convex portion. A method for forming the touch sensor device is also provided.

    Abstract: A touch-sensing device is provided, which includes a substrate with a central region and a peripheral region, and a first light-shielding layer disposed on the peripheral region, wherein the first light-shielding layer has a first edge adjacent to the central region. The device further includes a touch-sensing layer disposed on the central region, and a part of the touch-sensing layer extends onto the peripheral region to cover a part of the first light-shielding layer. The device also includes a conductive line layer disposed on the first light-shielding layer, and a second light-shielding layer covering at least a part of the first light-shielding layer and at least a part of the conductive line layer. The second light-shielding layer has a second edge adjacent to the central region, and the second edge has a profile roughness that is greater than that of the first edge.

    Abstract: A touch device is provided, including a first substrate and a circuit board. The first substrate includes a touch sensing structure and a plurality of first electrodes. The touch sensing structure is disposed on the first substrate. The first electrodes are arranged along a first direction. The first electrodes are disposed on the first substrate and electrically connected to the touch sensing structure, a first gap is formed between two adjacent first electrodes, and a minimum distance between the two adjacent first electrodes is a gap distance. The circuit board is partially overlapping the substrate in a vertical projection direction, the circuit board including a plurality of second electrodes corresponding to the first electrodes. One of the two adjacent first electrodes has a first electrode side edge facing the first gap. One of the second electrodes has a second electrode side edge located in the first gap.
