Abstract: Technology for a user equipment (UE) operable to decode a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resource received from a Next Generation NodeB (gNB) is disclosed. The UE can decode a downlink control channel signal received from the gNB in a first bandwidth part. The downlink control channel signal may include an index of a second bandwidth part, and an indication of a CSI-RS transmission in the second bandwidth part having the index. The UE can switch from the first bandwidth part to the second bandwidth part. The UE can decode the CSI-RS transmission received from the gNB in the second bandwidth part.

Abstract: Systems for providing prioritization of UL transmissions in a UE are described. The prioritization information is used to resolve resource conflicts among UL transmissions that include conflicts between high priority UL transmissions, between an aperiodic-channel state information transmission and a scheduling request, and between a low priority UL transmission and a high priority UL transmission when timeline conditions for multiplexing in a single UL transmission are not met. The prioritization is based on timing and priority of the UL transmissions to determine which of the UL transmissions to transmit and which to cancel. Additional prioritization is based on reception by the UE of a cancelation index or in an additional overlapping high priority UL grant received in a DCI of a PDCCH that overlaps with at least one other PDCCH associated with the UL transmissions.

The UE may determine a starting symbol of the RUR based on the parameter d. In embodiments, the UE may scale the parameter d based on a first subcarrier spacing (SCS) associated with the parameter d and a second SCS associated with the uplink transmission to obtain a scaled parameter d′ that is used to determine the starting symbol of the RUR. Abstract: An apparatus of user equipment (UE) includes processing circuitry coupled to a memory, where to configure the UE for Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communication (URLLC) in a New Radio (NR) network, the processing circuitry is to decode higher layer signaling indicating a UE-specific DL SPS configuration. The DL SPS configuration including a periodicity of control information communication and a number of DL data repetitions for a transport block. A DCI format received via a PDCCH based on the periodicity in the DL SPS configuration is decoded. Multiple PDSCH slot allocations are detected in the DCI format using the number of DL data repetitions. DL data received via the PDSCH within the multiple PDSCH slot allocations is decoded.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) configured for Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook determination in a fifth-generation (5G) new radio (NR) network may decode a downlink control information (DCI) format received from a generation Node B (gNB). When the DCI format triggers HARQ-ACK codebook retransmission, the UE may determine a HARQ-ACK codebook to be retransmitted based on a time-offset indicated in the DCI format. To determine the HARQ-ACK codebook to be retransmitted, the UE may determine an uplink (UL) slot that included an initial transmission of the HARQ-ACK codebook based on subtracting the time-offset from the DL slot that included the DCI. The UE may also encode a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) to include the HARQ-ACK codebook determined to be retransmitted in a UL slot based on a slot offset.
