Abstract:
An insulator usable in high current ion implantation systems includes increased surface due to the configuration of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder coupled to the inner cylinder at one end. A cylindrical cavity extends between the two cylinders increasing the surface area and making the insulator resistant to being coated by a coating that could produce a leakage path.
Abstract:
An AC adapter mounting structure is constructed to include a housing holding a rack. The housing has two vertical pivot rods and two locating holes symmetrically disposed in top and bottom sides of a side opening thereof, and an AC adapter for positioning in the rack inside the housing. The AC adapter has two pivots respectively pivoted in the pivot holes, two short positioning rods for engaging the locating holes of the housing after the pivots are pivoted in the pivot holes and the AC adapter is turned to the inside of the housing, and two stop blocks, which are forced into engagement with respective retaining holes in the rack when the AC adapter is set into the inside of the housing.
Abstract:
A multipurpose rack structure. The structure includes a frame and two vertical plates which are provided on lateral plates of the frame, and inner sides of the two vertical plates are symmetrically provided with horizontal engaging rails that form rail clamps for insertion of compact discs and video tapes, etc. The structure includes movable lugs that are provided in the rail clamps. The movable lugs are provided with an elastic restoration function so that when articles are placed in the rail clamps, the movable lugs are pressed by a pressing force and the articles are held in place by an elastic clamping force. When the articles are taken out of the rail clamps, the movable lugs are released back to their original positions.
Abstract:
An absolute radiation thermometer capable of evaluating the absolute value of infrared radiation power emitted from a target and received by a radiation sensor by means of electrical calibration, and calculating the temperature of the target basing on the responsive signal generated in the radiation sensor. To solve "Microphonic" problem, two identical sensors connected in parallel with the polarized orientations of their pyroelectric layers being in opposite directions so as to cancel the piezoelectric signals generated in the two sensors are used. Further, by using a floating power supply, which is isolated from the system power supply of the thermometer, for performing electrical heating, power supply noise can be greatly reduced.
Abstract:
A process for preparing an improved expanded porous polytetrafluorethylene product having a higher density and improved cold flow properties and prepared from a paste formed from a polytetrafluoroethylene resin and a lubricant. The method includes extruding the paste through an extrusion die at a reduction ratio of less than 100, calendering the extrudate, removing the lubricant, and heating the extrudate to a temperature greater than the crystalline melting point of polytetrafluoroethylene but generally below the temperature at which thermal decomposition becomes appreciable while concurrently expanding the extrudate to at least twice its original length.
Abstract:
A server device is configured to perform a method for providing object class information to a management device. The method includes mapping user names included as part of entries of a database associated with the server device to a corresponding Common Information Model (CIM) object manager operating system (OS) role. The method includes receiving a management request associated with the management device, the management request having management request credential information. The method includes authenticating the management request to an operating system associated with the server device based upon the management request credential information. The method includes following authentication, authorizing the management device to a corresponding CIM object manager OS role using the management request credential information. The method includes executing a CIM object call associated with the management request using the associated CIM object manager OS role to access object class information in response to the management request.
Abstract:
A flush control valve core assembly is provided including a valve core body, a back spring accommodated in the valve core body, a valve piece and a valve shaft. The valve piece includes a discharge hole. A portion of the back spring extends as a pin structure, which is able to slidably move in the discharge hole. The pin structure is formed by a free end of the back spring horizontally bending towards the center, and then bending downwards vertically. The back spring of the flush control valve core assembly has a smaller size, which is more reliable and more easily mounted.
Abstract:
A computing device may be joined to a cluster by discovering the device, determining whether the device is eligible to join the cluster, configuring the device, and assigning the device a cluster role. A device may be assigned to act as a cluster master, backup master, active device, standby device, or another role. The cluster master may be configured to assign tasks, such as network flow processing to the cluster devices. The cluster master and backup master may maintain global, run-time synchronization data pertaining to each of the network flows, shared resources, cluster configuration, and the like. The devices within the cluster may monitor one another. Monitoring may include transmitting status messages comprising indicators of device health to the other devices in the cluster. In the event a device satisfies failover conditions, a failover operation to replace the device with another standby device, may be performed.

Abstract:
The present invention discloses an ear thermometer with a simple-structure and easy-operation probe-cover detaching mechanism, which comprises a body having a probe and a detaching element installed to the bottom of the probe. The detaching element can be directly operated by a finger. After measurement, the user can use the detaching element to exert an outward force on a probe cover sleeving the probe and reject the probe cover from the probe. Further, the detaching element may be made of a metallic material, and magnetic elements are arranged at the corresponding positions of the probe bottom; thereby, the detaching element can be automatically restored to its original position by the attractive force of the magnetic elements. Therefore, the present invention provides an ear thermometer, which can easily reject a probe cover from the probe and has the advantages of simple structure and easy operation.
