摘要:
A method and system for patient-specific planning and guidance of an ablation procedure for cardiac arrhythmia is disclosed. A patient-specific anatomical heart model is generated based on pre-operative cardiac image data. The patient-specific anatomical heart model is registered to a coordinate system of intra-operative images acquired during the ablation procedure. One or more ablation site guidance maps are generated based on the registered patient-specific anatomical heart model and intra-operative patient-specific measurements acquired during the ablation procedure. The ablation site guidance maps may include myocardium diffusion and action potential duration maps. The ablation site guidance maps are generated using a computational model of cardiac electrophysiology which is personalized by fitting parameters of the cardiac electrophysiology model using the intra-operative patient-specific measurements. The ablation site guidance maps are displayed by a display device during the ablation procedure.
摘要:
Scattered radiation has non-intuitive properties. A signalling system (28) is presented which provides a perceptible signal (34) being indicative of a predicted or measured spatial distribution of scattered radiation. An embodiment provides for easy assessment of the individual risk of scattered radiation exposure for personnel working in an environment exposed to scattered radiation. A method for predicting a distribution of scattered radiation takes into account at least one object related parameter (18) and at least one radiation related parameter (22) and, in response hereto, predicts a distribution of scattered radiation.
摘要:
A fin tube heat exchanger where both a heat transmission promotion effect and water discharge ability by guiding fins are simultaneously achieved. The fin tube heat exchanger (1) has heat transmission fins (2) placed in an airflow, and also has heat transmission tubes (3) inserted in the heat transmission fins (2) and placed in the direction substantially orthogonal to the direction of the airflow. A set of guiding fins (21a, 21b) and a set of guiding fins (21c, 21d) are formed by cutting and bending on the surface of each heat transmission fin (2), and the sets are on both sides, respectively, of each heat transmission tube (3). Each set of the guiding fins (21a, 21b)(21c, 21d) are linearly aligned from the up-stream side toward the downstream side of the direction of the airflow. Lines (L1, L2) imaginarily connecting the guiding fins (21a, 21b) and the guiding fins (21c, 21d), respectively, are inclined relative to the direction of the airflow so as to guide airflow near each heat transmission tube (3) to the rear side of the direction of the air-flow.
