摘要: A disc brake, particularly for a commercial vehicle, includes a brake caliper configured as a sliding caliper, two brake pads, which are disposed in the brake caliper, at least one guide spar for fastening the brake caliper to a stationary carrier, a brake application device, effective via at least one adjusting spindle, an adjusting device, which is non-rotatably connected to the adjusting spindle, for compensating brake pad wear, and a restoring device, disposed on the action side and having a restoring element that is elastically deformable if the brake caliper is displaced as a function of the braking operation and by which the caliper can be automatically brought into a starting position. The disc brake is configured such that the restoring device has a supporting part, which remains in position relative to the brake anchor plate if the brake caliper is displaced as a function of the braking operation, and which interacts with the resilient restoring element.

摘要: A self-energizing disc brake includes a brake caliper held on a fixed brake carrier, an active-side and a reaction-side brake pad, which may be pressed against a brake disc, an actuating device with a self-energizing device and an adjuster device for compensating pad and/or disc wear. The self-energizing device has at least one pressure ram, in contact on the front face with the active-side pad by way of a split bearing and fixed by the end thereof facing the brake pad to a guide plate movably held in the brake carrier, designed such that the split bearing is enclosed by a seal arrangement when the self-energizing device is in a non-functioning state.

摘要: A multi-disc brake, in particular for a road vehicle, is provided with parallel discs which are arranged at a distance from each other and which are rotationally stable and between which a rotatable disc brake is positioned. The radially extending discs and the brake discs can be pressed against one another during braking, by way of a brake application device, while overcoming a clearance and once the brake is released, the discs are separated from each other thus forming a clearance. For transferring the feed motion during braking, a transmission gearing is connected in a movement-dependent manner to a pivotable brake lever of the brake application device and also actively connected to the brake discs.

摘要: A multi-disc brake, in particular for a road vehicle, includes parallel plates which are arranged at a distance from one another and which are rotationally stable and between which a rotatable brake disc is positioned. The radially extending plates and the brake discs can be pressed against one another during braking while overcoming a clearance and once the brake is released, the discs are separated from each other thus forming a clearance. The brake discs are pressed individually in the non-brake position by axially working restoring springs and/or in groups counter to an axially stationary stop, which stop can be rotated with the brake discs.

摘要: A pneumatic disc brake includes a caliper which straddles a brake disc, brake pads pressable against the brake disc and a rotary lever actuated brake application device, and a self-energizing mechanism. The brake lever is pivotable about an eccentric axis by a brake cylinder plunger. A self-energizing factor is selected to ensure that the brake automatically releases after braking events. The brake lever is supported on a spherical bearing element mounted to the caliper and forming the eccentric axis. The brake lever bears against a bearing ball which is arranged above the bearing element in the direction of the plunger engagement point, which bearing ball is positioned in a brake ram coupled to the brake pad.

摘要: A wet-running multi-disc brake includes stator discs, which are arranged in parallel to and at a distance from each other in a rotationally fixed manner, and a rotatable rotor disc positioned in each case between the stator discs. The radially extending stator discs and rotor discs can be pressed against one another during braking by way of a brake application device while overcoming a clearance. The wet-running multi-disc brake is designed such that the brake application device can be mechanically actuated and, via an actuating unit, engages a self-energizing device, which includes a pressure ring that can be pressed towards the rotor discs during braking independently from the rotational direction of the rotor discs.
