摘要: A clutch-brake device having an actuating disc, a braking disc, a shaft sleeve, a friction disc, a main coupling body, an intermediate disc, and a cutting tool seat. The coupling and dis-coupling between the main coupling body and a flange of the shaft sleeve is achieved by a cooperative motion between the intermediate disc and the adjacent main coupling body and the cutting tool seat. The clutch-brake device can be used for coupling of the engine and cutting blades of a lawn mower or other applications, and is reliable, of high load capability, stable and durable.

摘要: An electromechanical actuator comprising a body and an electric motor driving at least one motion transmission element connected to the body via a brake device, and a unidirectional transmission member, the brake device including an electrical activator member so that when the activator member is powered, the unidirectional transmission member is released relative to the body, and when the activator member is not powered, the unidirectional transmission member is secured to the body and opposes pivoting of the transmission element in one direction of rotation up to a maximum transmissible torque defined by the torque limiter.

摘要: What is described is a system for determining a force applied to an outer disc of an aircraft brake by an actuator motor. The system includes a current sensor coupled to the actuator motor and configured to detect a detected amount of current applied to the actuator motor. The system also includes a controller coupled to the current sensor. The controller is configured to determine an estimated current. The controller is also configured to receive the detected amount of current. The controller is also configured to determine an adjusted current based on the detected amount of current and the estimated current. The controller is also configured to determine an estimate of the force applied to the outer disc based on the adjusted current.

摘要: In some examples, a brake wear measurement system includes an emitter configured to emit a signal and a passive powered sensor system including a controller and a sensor configured to sense the signal emitted by the emitter. The emitter and the sensor of the sensor system are mounted on the brake assembly such as the emitter and the sensor may be configured to move relative to each other as the brake disc stack wears. Thus, a characteristic of the signal emitted by the emitter and sensed by the sensor may change as a function of the brake disc stack wear. The brake wear measurement may further include a processor configured to receive the output generated by the sensor and determine, based on the output, an amount of wear of the brake disc stack assembly.

摘要: A method for monitoring a blocking member (12) of an electromechanical actuator (1). The monitoring method comprising the steps of: determining a value representative of a power supply current of a motor (11) during an off-load operating phase of the electromechanical actuator (1); comparing the value representative of the power supply current with a predetermined current threshold defined from nominal off-load operating characteristics of the electromechanical actuator (1); and detecting an accidental locking of the blocking member (12) when the value representative of the power supply current is above or equal to the predetermined current threshold. There also is an electromechanical actuator (1) comprising a blocking member (12) monitored by such a method.
