    摘要： There are disclosed apparatus and methods for replacing a percutaneous cable in connection with a vascular device. In an embodiment, the apparatus includes a distal disconnect coupler, a distal connector portion of the cable configured for removable connection with the distal disconnect coupler, and a connector cap configured for removable connection with the distal disconnect coupler and for tunneling through skin and tissue. In one embodiment, a method of repositioning a percutaneous cable in connection with a vascular device includes providing the cable with a distal disconnect coupler, disconnecting the cable at the distal disconnect coupler, attaching a connector cap to the distal disconnect coupler, removing the percutaneous cable from a first exit site, tunneling the connector cap together with the distal disconnect coupler through skin and tissue to form a new exit site, disconnecting the connector cap, and connecting the cable to the distal disconnect coupler.

    摘要： Disclosed is a method and apparatus for a variable media tape based storage system for storing, retrieving, and communicating data. The system includes at least one media element having a compatible relationship with one of a plurality of drives for storing and receiving data. The at least one media element configured to operate with the at least one drive as a functional pair is considered a loaded drive. The storage system also includes switch and mapping system, which in one embodiment could be an interface bridge processor, operatively linked to each of the plurality of drives. Finally, the storage system adapted to alter at least one received and accepted tape library command from positioning a target storage tape article for use with a target tape drive to selecting one of the loaded drives via the interface bridge processor. The interface bridge processor can be adapted to receive data in a streaming protocol to be saved on the target storage tape article by the target storage drive and convert the streaming protocol to a different protocol to save the data on the physically selected loaded drive.

    摘要： A polymer base composite high voltage insulator is described having a monolithic protective coating of a one-part room temperature vulcanizable organopolysiloxane rubber composition obtained by mixing a) from about 20 to about 60 weight percent of one or more polydiorganosiloxane fluids having a viscosity of from about 10 to about 100,000 centipoise at 25° C., b) from 0 to about 40 weight percent of a cyclo-organosiloxane c) from 0 to about 40 weight percent of an inorganic extending or non-reinforcing filler d) from about 0.5 to about 15 weight percent of an amorphous SiO2 reinforcing filler having a surface area of between about 100 to 250 m2/g and a particle size range between about 0.01 and 0.03 microns; e) from about 1 to about 10 weight percent of an oximinosilane cross-linking agent f) from about 0.2 to about 3 weight percent of an adhesion promoter g) from about 0.02 to about 3 weight percent of an organotin salt as a condensation catalyst; and h) from about 20 to about 50 weight percent of alumina trihydrate, the alumina trihydrate having a median particle size of 10 μm to 3 μm, containing 65.1 percent Al2O3, 34.5 percent combined H2O, 0.3 percent Na2O, 0.02 percent CaO, 0.01 percent SiO2 and having a specific gravity of 2.42.

    摘要： The present invention relates to polymer based composition high voltage insulator having a monolithic coating of a one-part room temperature vulcanizable organopolysiloxane rubber composition which crosslinks in the presence of moisture. The one-part organopolysiloxane rubber composition comprises the product which is obtained by mixing from about 20 to about 60 weight percent of one or more polydiorganosiloxane fluids, from 0 to about 40 weight percent of a cyclo-organosiloxane, of the formula [(R)2SiO]n from 0 to about 40 weight percent of an inorganic extending or non-reinforcing filler, from about 0.5 to about 15 weight percent of an amorphous SiO2 reinforcing filler having a surface area of between about 100 to 250 m2/g and a particle size range between about 0.01 and 0.03 microns from about 1 to about 10 weight percent of an oximinosilane cross-linking agent.
