A surface treated nitride semiconductor in use for a light emitting diode, in which an n-cladding layer is formed on a substrate. An active layer having a multiple quantum well structure is formed on the n-cladding layer. A p-cladding layer is formed on the active layer. A p-capping layer is formed on the p-cladding layer in a low temperature range in which single crystal growth does not take place. The p-capping layer has a nanoscale roughened structure formed in an upper surface thereof via heat treatment in a high temperature range in which at least partial crystallization takes place. The nanoscale roughened structure reduces total internal reflection of the nitride semiconductor thereby improving external quantum efficiency thereof.

Disclosed herein is a disk drive motor which can prevent a disk from wobbling despite having a simple structure. The disk drive motor includes a turntable which is rotated by a drive unit and supports a disk thereon, and a disk support which is attached onto the turntable to support the disk thereon. Grooves are formed in the disk support. Each groove is inclined based on the radial direction of the turntable in the direction opposite to the direction in which the disk rotates. In the present invention, when a disk rotates, air which has been in a space between the turntable and the disk is discharged outside through the grooves, so that adsorption force is generated by a difference in pressure between the air and the space between the turntable and the disk. Therefore, the disk can be prevented from wobbling when rotating.

Disclosed is a polyester conjugated yarn, including two types of polymers having a large intrinsic viscosity difference subjected to bi-component spinning so as to be longitudinally arranged in a side-by-side sectional structure, in which the twp types of polymers are polyethyleneterephthalate having intrinsic viscosity of 0.45-0.65 as a first polymer and polytrimethyleneterephthalate having intrinsic viscosity of 0.90-1.10 as a second polymer. The polyester conjugated yarn is advantageous in terms of superior spinnability and high uniformity index. In addition, the polyester conjugated yarn can exhibit high self-crimping properties through relaxation-heat treatment of the dyeing and finishing process, and as well, can be applied to manufacture woven/knit fabrics having softness to the touch, beautiful colors, and high drapery and bulk properties, due to inherent characteristics of polytrimentyleneterephthalate.

An apparatus and method for manufacturing a steel tube are provided. The apparatus includes: a tube-forming device for forming a steel plate into a steel tube; a heat treatment device connected in-line to the tube-forming device to heat the steel tube to a high temperature; a pre-treatment device for annealing the steel tube and providing a reduction atmosphere; and a plating device including a pot for storing a SeAHLume alloy composed of aluminum and zinc in a molten state, a level block selectively inserted into the molten alloy to adjust a level of the molten alloy, and a plating part into which the molten alloy flows in response to insertion of the level block and through which the steel tube passes substantially vertically. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a steel tube having a plated surface to improve its corrosion-resistance.
