    摘要: A process manufacturing positive and negative fiber structure electrodes for open as well as gastight electrochemical current sources, particularly nickel-cadmium accumulators. After the filling of the calibrated plate with an active mass and the subsequent drying of the plate filled with a moist a mass, the plate is calibrated again by means of calibrating presses or calibrating rollers. The calibrating plates or rollers are cleaned to remove adhering or deposited active mass or other dirt by means of ductors or rotating brush rollers while being at the same time subjected to suction. Thus electrodes are created which have plane surfaces for cells for the highest standards with respect to the individual active components and the mounted stack in the given dimensions.

    摘要: Electrode structures made from metallized bodies of a fibrous nature, for example from metallized felt, possess the advantage, deriving from their intrinsic stiffness, of requiring no internally fitted supporting structure. It is, however, difficult to attach the current lead-out tabs to an electrode structure of this type, because it is hightly susceptible to mechanical damage at the point of attachment. These difficulties are avoided, according to the present invention, when the edge of the electrode structure is reinforced, to a width of about 0.3 to about 1 cm, by means of an electrodeposited metal coating. If appropriate, the reinforcement of the edge can also be carried out simultaneously with the production, by electrodeposition, of the electrode structure. The current lead out-tab can be attached to the reinforced edge avoiding such difficulties.

    摘要: The invention is directed to an electric circuit arrangement (1) for checking a series circuit including a switch (2) and a load (3). The circuit arrangement (1) includes a first circuit (11) which is connected to the connecting circuit node (6) between the switch (2) and the load (3) and is suitable for detecting a first state. The first state defines a short circuit of the connecting circuit node (6) to the supply voltage (5). Furthermore, a second circuit (12) is connected in parallel with the first circuit (11) and is connected to the connecting circuit node (6). The second circuit (12) is suitable for detecting a second or a third state. The second state defines a short circuit of the connecting circuit node (6) to ground (4) and the third state defines an interruption of the connecting circuit node (6) to the supply voltage (5).
