    摘要: At least one of a start abnormality detector (31), a temperature abnormality detector (32) and a voltage abnormality detector (33) has a latch inhibiting circuit for inhibiting retention of a detecting state when one of the abnormality detectors detects an abnormality, so that a current abnormality detector (34) can be inhibited from detecting an abnormal input current caused when the oscillation is halted by the abnormality detector. Accordingly, after the abnormality is removed, automatic resetting can be easily accomplished without causing the oscillation to halt as a result of the current abnormality detector detecting the presence of the abnormality. Also, since a power source abnormality detecting circuit (30) is designed in the form of an analog circuit, a low cost can be achieved and the monitoring level can be modified. In addition, the monitoring level associated only with the temperature abnormality occurring in an IGBT element (7) can be modified.

    摘要: An improved phase controller is operatively connected to the operating lever or trigger of an electrically powered tool for supplying its motor with electric power from an ac power supply. It includes a device for establishing a divisional voltage derived from the ac voltage across the electric power supply. A variable resistor-and-capacitor series-connection is connected across the motor-and-power supply series-connection. A device provided for supplying the ac motor with electric power when the charging voltage across the capacitor rises above the divisional voltage. The variable resistor is operatively connected to the operating lever, and the capacitor can be charged with electricity at a charging rate which is determined by the variable resistance and the fixed capacitance under the control of the operating lever. The divisional voltage varies in the same way as the voltage across the ac power supply, thus permitting the ignition angle to remain substantially unchanged no matter whether the commercially available electric power may be of different cycles.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to realize bypass of input data in a macro-cell such as a FIFO memory etc. to facilitate test and evaluation about other macro-cells. A bypass route (6) is provided between an input port (DI) and an output port (DO) in a FIFO memory (1) and a data bypassing selector (8) is further provided for selecting the bypass route (6) and a sense amplifier (7) of a read bit line (R.BL). Then, in the test mode, a first selector control signal (S) is set to an L level and a second selector control signal (S) of opposite phase is set to an H level. Thus, in the test mode, a data inputted from the input port (DI) is outputted from the output port (DO) by way of the bypass route (6) without via memory cells (MC1-MCX).
