摘要: A correction method of a control mechanism optimizing a corrected output and controlling image forming conditions of an image forming apparatus. The control mechanism includes an image forming unit for forming a toner image, a light emitting element for emitting light toward a predetermined toner image formed by the image forming unit, a first light receiving element for receiving regular reflection light caused by a light emission of the light emitting element, and a second light receiving element for receiving diffuse reflection light caused by the light emission of the light emitting element. The control mechanism controls an image forming condition of the image forming unit on the basis of a corrected output. The correction method controlling the control mechanism includes forming a correction toner image by the image forming unit, detecting, by the first and second light receiving elements, the diffuse reflection light caused when the light emitting element emits light toward the correction toner image, and correcting the corrected output on the basis of outputs of the first and second light receiving elements obtained in the detecting step.

摘要: A stator (1) is made up by bonding a first stator part (1a) made of a high-permeability material to a second stator part (1b) made of a high-permeability material respectively by welding through the intermediary of connections (1c, 1d) made of a low-permeability material or a nonmagnetic material, interposed therebetween. Paired recesses (5a, 5b) serving as holding torque setting means for holding a rotor (3) by a magnetic action are formed on the inner periphery of a rotor hole (2) defined inside the stator (1) at the position forming an initial phase angle (&thgr;1). A field coil (7) for excitation is magnetically bonded to opposite ends of the stator (1), thereby forming a two-pole step motor for a timepiece.

摘要: An apparatus for molding a resin product having a bottom plate, a pair of side plates, and a pair of flanges. The side plates are formed integrally with the bottom plate to extend from opposite sides of the bottom plate. Each flange is formed integrally with the associated side plate to extend inward from an upper end of the side plate. The apparatus has a pair of inner slidable cores that shape an upper side of the bottom plate, an inner side of the side plate, and a lower side of the flange. The apparatus also includes an intermediate core located between the inner slidable cores for determining the position of each inner slidable core. The apparatus further includes a sliding mechanism that slides each inner slidable core to a position spaced from the resin product while moving the inner slidable core and the intermediate relative to each other.

摘要: Plural lines on a surface of a photosensitive body of an electrophotographic image formation apparatus are simultaneously scanned by plural laser beams for image formation. Each of a pair of semiconductor lasers 11a and 11b biased in an ON state is independently turned on. A surface potential of the photosensitive body in each case is measured by a measurement unit such as a surface potential sensor 30, a surface potential detection circuit 31 and an A/D conversion circuit 32. Based on the measured result, an operational current of each laser is determined by a CPU 33 such that the surface potential of the photosensitive body becomes a target-potential, e.g., 220V to 230V. An image pattern difficult to be influenced by the laser start characteristic and an image pattern easy to be influenced by the laser start characteristic are formed, and the formed image patterns are respectively measured so that the current supplied at no beam emission time is controlled according to the measured results.

摘要: Disclosed is a method and apparatus for pyrolytically decomposing waste plastic which may contain halogen-containing polymer such as PVC. The plastic is heated at 270° to 350° C., whereby a plasticizer contained in the plastic material is decomposed and vaporized, and a chlorine-containing polymer is dechlorinated to produce hydrogen chloride. The vaporized decomposition matter and the hydrogen chloride are removed from the plastic, and the vaporized decomposition matter is separated from the hydrogen chloride. Then isolated plastic is further heated to 450° C. or higher to produce a pyrolysis product. Alternatively, the former heating step is divided into two steps of: heating at a temperature lower than 270° C., whereby a plasticizer is decomposed; and heating to 270° to 350° C., whereby a chlorine-containing polymer contained in the plastic material is dechlorinated. Accordingly, the decomposition matter of plasticizer and hydrogen chloride are separately removed from the plastic.
