    摘要: A fuel cutoff valve comprises a casing having a seal portion disposed facing a connecting passage and projecting in annular configuration towards a valve chamber; and a float mechanism having a float which rises and falls due to increasing and decreasing buoyancy according to the fuel level within the valve chamber. The float comprises a flexural depression-enabling recess situated on its upper surface at a location in opposition to the seal portion, for enabling the seat portion to undergo flexural depression when pressed by the seal portion. The casing has a regulating portion on the outside perimeter of the seal portion, for regulating the level of elastic deformation at which the seat portion elastically deforms into the flexural depression-enabling recess.

In a fuel tank for a motor vehicle, which is formed by blow molding for attachment of a built-in part in an interior thereof, and of which an outer wall composed of a synthetic resin has an opening, a functional part adapted to discharge fluid from the interior of the fuel tank or feed fluid therein is attached to the built-in part, a tube adapted to discharge fluid from the interior of the fuel tank or feed fluid therein is connected to the functional part, and a tube connector is attached to an end of the tube. A temporal holding connector is formed integrally with the built-in part, the tube connector is attached to the temporal holding connector, and after blow molding, the tube connector is detached from the temporal holding connector and is attached to a tank cap adapted to close the opening of the fuel tank.

    摘要: The fuel cutoff valve includes a casing and a float mechanism. The float mechanism is composed of an outside float and an inside float. The outside float includes an outside float body of round tubular shape having a float chamber that connects with a valve chamber via a through-hole formed in its upper part; and an outside valve portion disposed on the upper part of the outside float body and adapted to open and close an outside connecting passage. The inside float has an inside float body accommodated and adapted to rise and fall within the float chamber, and an inside valve portion disposed on the upper part of the inside float body and adapted to open and close the inside connecting passage through the through-hole.
