The display device includes an electro-luminescent element that emits light. The device includes a first switching element for switching a data voltage in response to a scan signal, a second switching element for adjusting the amount of the current supplied to the electro-luminescent element, and a polarity controller for applying a voltage having a value between a minimum value and a maximum value of the data voltage to a source terminal of the second switching element to vary a polarity of a gate-source voltage of the second switching element according to the data voltage applied to a gate terminal of the second switching element.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a pivotable sunshade clip for spectacles, which can be easily pivoted upward or downward while it is attached to the spectacles without risk of unintentional separation, and can eliminate any unpleasant pressure exerted upon a wearer by virtue of a weight reduction thereof. The pivotable sunshade clip comprises a spectacles bridge and a sunshade bridge which are attached to frames of spectacles and the sunshade clip, respectively. Both the bridges are made of the same material as that of the frames. The spectacles bridge is centrally provided with a stator having a pair of magnets inserted at front and upper sides thereof, respectively. The sunshade bridge is centrally provided with a mover. The mover is adapted to be pivoted upward or downward to be magnetically attached to one of the magnets inserted in the stator, thereby maintaining the sunshade clip in an opening or closing position relative to the spectacles. Such a mover includes a center stator recess for receiving the stator, and pivot bridge portions located at both sides of the stator recess, respectively. Each of the pivot bridge portions has a fitting groove for allowing the spectacles bridge to be fitted therein while forming a pivot center point. The mover also includes a magnet inserted in the stator recess and adapted to be magnetically attracted to one of the magnets of the stator.

    摘要: A wear-resist mechanical component used in a frictional contact area requiring wear-resistance and a method of producing the same is provided. The method comprises the steps of: depositing hard particles of one or more substances selected from the group consisting of carbides, nitrides and borides on an iron-based metal body to a predetermined thickness; depositing binder powders atop of the hard particle layer to a predetermined thickness; and heating the hard particles, the binder powders and the iron-based metal body, so that the iron-base metal body and the hard particles are bonded together. This can obtain a wear-resistant mechanical component having high hardness and excellent wear resistance without having to go through the step of mixing hard particles with binder to form the mixture. The super-hard alloy can be bonded to the base metal body regardless of the shape of the base metal body.

    摘要: An oscillator operates with a variable driving voltage to produce an oscillation signal of a predetermined period in a semiconductor device. The oscillator has a plurality of logic devices connected to each other in a form of a ring. The oscillator includes a voltage generating circuit for generating first and second driving voltages which are selectively applied to the logic devices. The selective application of the first or second driving voltage to the logic devices affects the period of the oscillation signal produced. The first driving voltage is applied to the logic devices for normal operations when the oscillation signal period is tested to substantially equal the predetermined period. The second driving voltage is applied to the logic devices for normal operations when the oscillation signal period is tested to be different from the predetermined period. The second driving voltage is adjusted by changing the resistance ratio of at least two resistors in the circuit.

    摘要: The present invention is related to a method of producing polycarbosilane by heating polydimethylsilane at low pressure within the range of 320˜450° C. using zeolite having the Si/Al or Si/B ratio of 1˜200 as catalyst. This invention uses a zeolite with the structure of ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-12, zeolite X and zeolite Y, which has the Si/Al or Si/B ratio of 1˜200, as catalyst. When polycarbosilane is produced using a specific zeolite as catalyst, Si/Al or Si/B ratio can be adjusted at any proportion, enabling acidity control of catalyst, and therefore the molecular weight of final products can be easily controlled and the product yield can be improved, compared to conventional solid acid catalysts.
