    Abstract: Disclosed is a display device comprising: a substrate comprising an active region and a non-active region; a light emitting device that emits light in the active area of the substrate; a touch sensor in the active area of the substrate that senses touch of the display device, the touch sensor including a plurality of conductive layers arranged in a stacking sequence; and a plurality of routing lines in the non-active region of the substrate that are connected to the touch sensor, each of the plurality of routing lines including a plurality of routing layers, each of the plurality of routing layers made of a same material as a corresponding one of the plurality of conductive layers included in the touch sensor, and the plurality of routing layers arranged in a same stacking sequence as the stacking sequence of the plurality of conductive layers of the touch sensor.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display device for improving productivity. The display device having a touch sensor is configured such that the total thickness of at least one inorganic insulation layer disposed on the region above each of dams is different from the total thickness of the at least one inorganic insulation layer disposed on a trench region between the dams. Thus, a photoresist for forming a routing line is formed so as to have a uniform thickness on the region above each of the dams and the trench region between the dams, and thus productivity is improved.

    Abstract: A display device prevents cracks from spreading to an active area. The display device includes a substrate including an active area and a non-active area having a bending area, a thin-film transistor disposed in the active area, a light-emitting element disposed in the active area and connected to the thin-film transistor, an encapsulation layer disposed on the light-emitting element, a touch sensor disposed on the encapsulation layer, a touch pad disposed in the non-active area, a first routing line connecting the touch sensor to the touch pad via a second routing line in the bending area, and a crack prevention layer disposed on the second routing line in the bending area. Thus, the crack prevention layer is capable of preventing the occurrence of cracks in the bending area BA, thus preventing cracks from spreading to the active area AA.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device with a touch sensor. The display device has a touch sensor that is directly disposed on a sealing part, thus removing the necessity of an additional adhesion process, simplifying a manufacturing process and reducing manufacture cost. In addition, the display device with the touch sensor includes a display cover electrode of a display pad that is made of a same material as a conductive layer included in the touch sensor, thus preventing damage to the display pad electrode.

    Abstract: Discussed is a touch display device having an antenna disposed in a panel, thereby improving product reliability while reducing manufacturing cost. The touch display device includes a display unit including a plurality of pixels disposed in an active area, an encapsulation unit disposed on the display unit, the encapsulation unit being configured to seal the plurality of pixels, a touch sensor unit including a plurality of touch sensors disposed on the encapsulation unit, an antenna pattern disposed at an edge on the touch sensor unit in the state in which a planarization layer is interposed therebetween, the antenna pattern not overlapping a touch electrode and a touch routing line included in the touch sensor unit, and a ground plane disposed in an identical layer to any one metal layer belonging to the display unit, the ground plane overlapping the antenna pattern.
