    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a first substrate including a plurality of pixel areas provided in a display portion, a second substrate coupled to the first substrate, and a routing portion disposed on an outer surface of the first substrate and an outer surface of the second substrate. The first substrate includes a passivation layer disposed on the display portion, a barrier pattern portion implemented in the passivation layer on an edge portion of the display portion, the barrier pattern portion including a barrier metal pattern, and a light emitting device layer including a light emitting device disposed on the barrier pattern portion and the plurality of pixel areas, and the light emitting device is isolated by the barrier pattern portion.

    Abstract: A thin and lightweight display device is disclosed. An organic light-emitting display device having a touch sensor is configured such that an outer planarization layer fills a space between a plurality of dams, thereby preventing a short circuit between routing lines in the space between the dams, and such that touch electrodes are disposed on an encapsulation structure for encapsulating a light-emitting element, with the result that an additional bonding process is not required, whereby the process is simplified and cost is reduced.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a display device having touch sensors which may improve visibility. In the display device, the touch sensors having a multilayer structure including a blackened layer are arranged on an encapsulation assembly arranged to cover light emitting elements, and touch pads having a multilayer structure including a partially transparent conductive layer are arranged on a region of a substrate exposed by the encapsulation assembly. Therefore, the blackened layer may prevent reflection of external light and thus visibility may be improved, and the partially transparent conductive layer may lower sheet resistance of the touch pads and thus contact resistance between the touch pads and a driver integrated circuit may be reduced.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a display device having touch sensors which may improve visibility. In the organic light-emitting device, an auxiliary electrode is formed on anode electrode to come into contact with the anode electrode via the same mask process as the anode electrode, which results in a simplified structure and simplified processing. In addition, a bank is disposed to cover a side surface and an upper surface of the auxiliary electrode and a side surface of the anode electrode, whereby damage to the auxiliary electrode and the anode electrode is prevented.

    Abstract: A transparent display device is provided, which may reduce loss of light transmittance due to a touch sensor and a touch line and may make sure of separating a touch sensor electrode of a touch sensor from a cathode electrode of a light emitting element. The transparent display device includes a substrate provided with a plurality of transmissive areas and a non-transmissive area including a plurality of light emission areas, a plurality of light emitting elements respectively disposed in the plurality of light emission areas on the substrate, including an anode electrode, a light emitting layer and a cathode electrode, a plurality of touch sensors respectively disposed in the plurality of transmissive areas on the substrate, including a touch sensor electrode, and a first undercut structure disposed along an edge of the transmissive area to separate the cathode electrode from the touch sensor electrode, including a plurality of eaves.
