    摘要： A DTV transmitting system includes a frame encoder, a randomizer, a block processor, a group formatter, a deinterleaver, and a packet formatter. The frame encoder builds an enhanced data frame and adds parity data into the data frame. The frame encoder further divides the data frame into first and second sub-frames including first and second portions of the parity data, respectively, and permutes a plurality of the first sub-frames and a plurality of the second sub-frames, respectively. The randomizer randomizes enhanced data in the permuted sub-frames, and the block processor codes the randomized data at a rate of 1/N1. The group formatter forms a group of enhanced data having one or more data regions and inserts the 1/N1 coded data into at least one of the data regions. The deinterleaver deinterleaves the group of enhanced data, and the packet formatter formats the deinterleaved data into enhanced data packets.

    摘要： A method of transmitting a broadcast signal in a transmitter is provided. First data is encoded by adding parity data, and second data is encoded by adding parity data with different code rates, respectively. Signaling data is encoded. The encoded first data, the encoded second data, and the encoded signaling data are arranged in a frame among frames. The frames are modulated and transmitted. The frame among frames includes known data for channel estimation. The frames include a plurality of subframes that include a plurality of data units. The frame among frames includes the encoded first data unit and the encoded second data unit. The signaling data includes information for fast service acquisition which allows a receiver to locate upper layer signaling information. The signaling data further includes information on encoding type of data in a data unit, and information on a number of data units carried within a subframe.

Herein, a method of processing data in a transmitting system includes creating a data group including a plurality of mobile service data packets, re-adjusting a relative position of at least one main service data packet of a main service data section, the main service data section including a plurality of main service data packets, and multiplexing the mobile service data of the data group and the main service data of the main service data section in burst units. Herein, a position of an audio data packet among the main service data packets of the main service data section may be re-adjusted. Also, a position of an audio data packet included in the main service data section may be re-adjusted based upon a multiplexing position of the main service data section.
