    摘要: There are provided a solid electrolytic capacitor having a low ESR characteristic and an electrode foil to be used for this electrolytic capacitor. In accordance with the present invention, a capacitor element uses an anode foil with a post-etching void factor of not more than 51% or a cathode foil with another post-etching void factor of not more than 44%, wherein the capacitor element contains a solvent consisting mainly of a water and a water-soluble metal complex being bonded with phosphoric acid ions, whereby the electrode foil increases in conductivity and decreases in resistivity, while an electrolytic solution thereof has a low resistivity, to thereby obtain the solid electrolytic capacitor having the low ESR characteristic and the electrode foil to be used therefor.

    摘要: A control module cluster unit which enables high-speed communication by restraining the effect of noise, for constituting a high-reliability vehicle control system including a plurality of control modules each having control functions modularized in accordance with control objects, such as ECU for engine control, ECU for ABS, etc. in conventional use, an input/output module, common modules, and communication modules collectively mounted in one casing are so constituted as to enable mutual communication through a common bus on a mother board. A signal inputted in the input/output module is distributed to each module requiring the input signal through the mother board. The control module cluster unit also has a temperature sensor for detecting casing temperature and a power source for powering each of the modules. When detected temperature is abnormally high, the power source shuts down less important parts of the control module cluster units.

    摘要: As a cathode foil, an etched aluminum foil is used, where a TiN film is prepared on the surface thereof by cathode arc plasma deposition process. As an anode foil, an etched aluminum foil is used, where a dielectric film is prepared on the surface thereof by a formation process. Winding together the anode foil along with the cathode foil and a separator, a capacitor element is prepared. While placing an organic semiconductor including a desired TCNQ complex sale in a bottomed cylindrical aluminum case and melting the TCNQ complex sale under heating on a heater heated to about 300° C., then, the capacitor element heated to about 250° C. is placed in the aluminum case, to impregnate the capacitor element with the melted TCNQ complex sale and immediately immerse the aluminum case in cooling water to cool and solidify the TCNQ complex salt. Then, the capacitor element is sealed with a resin to prepare a solid electrolytic capacitor.
