    摘要: Provided are a rolled Mg alloy material which has a wide width and whose mechanical properties are uniform in a width direction, a Mg alloy structural member produced by plastically working the rolled Mg alloy material, and a method for producing the rolled Mg alloy material. The method for producing a rolled Mg alloy material includes rolling a Mg alloy material with a reduction roll. The Mg alloy material has a width of 1,000 mm or more, and the reduction roll has three or more regions in the width direction. The temperature is controlled in each of the regions so that a difference between a maximum temperature and a minimum temperature is 10° C. or less in the width direction of a surface of the reduction roll. The variation in the rolled state in the width direction can be reduced by reducing a difference in temperature over the width direction of the reduction roll. As a result, it is possible to produce a rolled Mg alloy material whose mechanical properties are substantially uniform in the width direction.

    摘要: An aspect of the present invention comprises a method of forming holes in a dielectric substrate comprising the steps of applying a layer of photoresist to a dielectric substrate, exposing portions of the photoresist to actinic radiation through a photomask to form a pattern in the photoresist for an array of holes to be etched in the substrate, developing the photoresist, etching the dielectric substrate to form an array of holes, each hole extending at least partially through the dielectric substrate, and removing the excess photoresist. Another aspect of the present invention is a method of simultaneously forming holes in a dielectric substrate some of which extend partially through the substrate and some of which extend completely through the substrate. Other aspects of the present invention are dielectric substrates formed using the methods of the invention.

Also, plural blocking clips are provided at predetermined intervals along the slit. The blocking clips comprises a base portion, which constitutes a part of the mounting base portion, a fitting portion fitted into the slit, a lock portion locked on an inner surface of the mounting base portion, and an engaging projection formed in such a way as to project from the base portion. A fitting groove, into which the engaging projection is fitted, is formed in the mounting base portion. After a core body is taken out of a molded portion precursor, the blocking clip is attached thereto, so that the molded portion is obtained.
