摘要: A bubble separator is a cyclone-type bubble separator having a cooling mechanism (oil cooler) connected downstream thereof, and is provided with a relief mechanism that operates when the interior pressure in a main body increases. The fluid inside the main body escapes downstream of the cooling mechanism due to the operation of the cooling mechanism. In particular, preferably the relief mechanism is provided in a gas discharge portion that is connected to the main body.

摘要: The present invention provides a silicon single crystal comprising a seed crystal, a narrowed portion whose diameter decreases, and at its lower end, a neck portion, wherein in a front projection view, the contour of the narrowed portion is located inside the straight line connecting the contour of the lower end of the seed crystal to the contour of the upper end of the neck portion, and the contour of the neck portion is made to be a tangent at the lower end of the narrowed portion. At this time, the length L of the narrowed portion in a pulling direction and the difference d between the radius of the seed crystal and the radius of the narrowed portion relative to the diameter W of the seed crystal is appropriately adjusted and further the contour of the narrowed portion is desirably formed with any one of parabolas, circular arcs and elliptic arcs. Configuring the contour of the narrowed portion in this manner makes it possible to remove dislocations from the neck portion with a high success rate, shorten a pulling time of the silicon single crystal and improve the dislocation free ratio.

摘要: A filtration apparatus comprising a container that houses a filtration tank to which contaminated water is supplied, a cleansing tank, and a screw conveyor disposed within said cleansing tank is provided. Filtration media is housed within the cleansing tank and the container. The cleansing tank has lateral surface openings, lower openings, and an upper opening. When the screw conveyor rotates, filtration media as well as water (contaminated water) is conveyed upward from the lower openings to the upper opening while being agitated. At the same time, filtration media circulates between the cleansing tank and the container and is cleansed. When cleansing is complete, a backwash water supply pump backwashes water, and expels contaminants separated and removed from the filtration media out of the container by an expulsion pump. Lateral surface doors close lateral surface openings by drive means only during cleansing (agitation). This structure increases the filtration area.

摘要: The present invention is to establish a process for production of highly durable organic silicon-based coatings with satisfactory adhesive property on polyolefin resins. A polyolefin resin, wherein after hydrophilic treatment of the surface of the polyolefin resin it is coated with a coating solution containing a silicon compound or its hydrolysate with an organic functional group represented by general formula (1): R1nSi(R2)4−n (where R1 is an organic functional group with a methacryloxy group, R2 is one or a plurality of hydrolyzable groups selected from among alkoxyl groups, acetoxyl groups and chlorine, and n is an integer of up to 3), and then dried to obtain a primary coating, over which a silicon dioxide coating is formed. Alternatively, the primary coating may be obtained by coating and drying a coating solution containing a plurality of different silicon compounds or their hydrolysates from among silicon compounds and their hydrolysates with an organic functional group represented by general formula (2): R3nSi(R2)4−n (where R3 is an organic functional group with a functional group selected from among methacryloxy, vinyl, allyl and amino groups, R2 is one or a plurality of hydrolyzable groups selected from among alkoxyl groups, acetoxyl groups and chlorine, and n is an integer of up to 3).

摘要: A system which utilizes plural image forming apparatus, equalizes gradation characteristics of images commonly output from such plural image forming apparatus. When the system includes three color copying apparatus, at first a test pattern image based on data from a pattern generator is output from the color copying apparatus. The prepared image is read by the reader of the color copying apparatus, and, based on the read data, the correction data of a table (LUT) are calibrated for obtaining density data for a laser beam. The calibration of the correction data of the color copying apparatus are conducted in a similar manner using, however, the reader of the same copying apparatus for reading the test pattern. It is therefore, rendered possible to exclude the influence of the difference in the reader characteristics on the calibration, and to equalize the gradation characteristics when the copying apparatus are used as printers.

摘要: A communication-line-quality measuring system includes transmission and terminal equipment. Transmission equipment has a first frame assembling part transmitting a down-link multiplexed frame signal to a down-link line having a first frequency, and a first frame disassembling part disassembling an up-link multiplexed frame signal transmitted through an up-link line having a second frequency. Terminal equipment has a second frame disassembling part disassembling the down-link multiplexed frame signal, and a second frame assembling part transmitting the up-link multiplexed frame signal obtained by frame-multiplexing an output signal of the subscriber unit with a control signal, to the up-link line. A pattern generation part in the first frame assembling part provides a test signal to an available channel of signal frames in the down-link multiplexed frame signal. A loop-back part between the second frame disassembling part and the frame assembling part loops back the test signal derived from the down-link multiplexed frame signal in the second frame disassembling part to the second frame assembling part. The second frame assembling part provides the test signal in the up-link multiplexed frame signal to transmit to the transmission equipment. A comparing part in the transmission equipment compares the test signal in the up-link multiplexed frame signal, which is looped back by a control of the loop-back part, with a reference signal the same as the test signal generated in the pattern generation part.
