    摘要: To provide a novel cartridge fuse which can prevent the melted fuse member ends from being shorted together after the fuse member has been blown out and to firmly hold terminal members connected by a fuse member within a housing, the cartridge fuse comprises a fuse housing formed with an insulating partition extending therewithin to some extent to form a pair of terminal compartments; a pair of opposing terminal members each formed with a stay portion extending beyond the insulating partition and a contact portion housed within the terminal compartment, a fuse member connected to the stay portions of the opposing terminal members; and elastic members for applying a tension to fuse member in the longitudinal direction thereof.

    摘要: There is provided a structure for connecting a wiring member to a bus bar in which smooth connection is enabled while ensuring high reliability. In an end portion of a bus bar, a soldering portion which is smaller in cross-sectional area than the bus bar is formed. A connection projecting piece which is raised up in a pin-like manner is formed on the soldering portion. The connection projecting piece is passed through a connection hole which is formed in a connection end of a branch wiring portion of a wiring member configured by a flexible printed circuit board. The connection projecting piece which is passed through the connection hole is soldered to a circuit pattern.

    摘要: A battery pack controller is provided having electric wires of the main wiring lines of a precharge circuit laid on the front surface of a base plate. LA terminals (i.e., ring terminals) connected to the electric wires are clamped by screws and the main-circuit bus bars to the relay terminal portions of a main relay mounted on the rear surface. Further, each of the LA terminals (i.e., ring terminals) has a wing portion protruding beyond the protuberant height of an electric-wire connection portion. An electric wire is bent and disposed to extend from the front surface side of the base plate toward the relay terminal portion, a terminal accommodation portion in which the LA terminals (i.e., ring terminals) are accommodated is provided at a part extending from the electric-wire bent portion to the relay terminal portion, and bottom grooves are formed in the terminal accommodation portion into which the wing portions are inserted.

    摘要: The power-supply device includes: a battery assembly composed of a plurality of batteries each having a positive electrode end and a negative electrode end, said batteries overlapped with each other in a manner that electrodes having the different polarities are adjacent to each other; a plurality of bus bars connecting the batteries in series by connecting the adjacent electrodes having the different polarities in the battery assembly; and a terminal having an electric contact part attached to each bus bar, and a wire connecting part continued to the electric contact part, and attached to an electric wire connected to a voltage measuring device for measuring a voltage of the battery. The electric contact part includes a pair of clipping pieces disposed with a gap from each other, and connected to the bus bar by press-inserting the bus bar into between the clipping pieces.

After a disc contact portion 17c of a disc holding mechanism C1 was brought in contact with an optical disc D, the disc holding mechanism C1 is lowered by a predetermined amount to urge the disc contact portion 17c to downwardly press the optical disc D to thereby apply force directed in the direction substantially perpendicular to the disc surface to the optical disc D. Thus, the optical disc D located at the uppermost portion of a stacker 5 can be separated from an optical disc D located just under the above-mentioned optical disc D.
