Abstract: A charging control method includes the following. (a) An electrical state of a battery set is obtained. (b) Whether the electrical state is greater than a first electrical state threshold is determined and charging control based on a first charging mode or a second charging mode on the battery set is performed accordingly. (c) During the charging control on the battery set, at least one temperature difference value is determined based on temperature values of the battery set at different times. (d) Whether the temperature difference value is greater than a first temperature difference threshold is determined and whether to temporarily stop or continue the charging is determined accordingly. (e) During the charging control on the battery set, the electrical state is obtained, and whether the electrical state satisfies a fully-charged criterion is determined and whether to stop or continue the charging control is determined accordingly.

Abstract: A charging method for a battery set with a plurality of battery cells, having steps of performing a serial charging on the battery cells; determining whether one of the battery cells reaches a saturation voltage; and performing a uniform separately charging on the battery cells when one of the battery cells reaches the saturation voltage, wherein the uniform separately charging comprises sorting the battery cells according to cell voltages of the battery cells; and sequentially and separately charging the sorted battery cells to a Nth segmented voltage in a Nth segmentation, wherein N is a positive integer from 1 to K, and K is a positive integer larger than 1. The charging method of the present disclosure can reduce the temperature rising of the battery cell due to the longtime charging.

Abstract: An electrical system having a master node, at least one slave node and a bus linked to both of the master node and the slave node is illustrated. The master node check whether a reception register of the slave node does not receives a new data for a first time period, and resets the slave node while the reception register of the slave node does not receives the new data for the first time period; and the slave node checks whether the reception register of the slave node does not receives the new data for a second time period, and resets the slave node itself while the reception register of the slave node does not receives the new data for the second time period. Therefore, the communication stability of the electrical system can be enhanced.

Abstract: A baffle structure for heat dissipation, mounted on an electric vehicle on top of which a battery pack is mounted, includes a base, a plurality of baffle fins and a mask. The base is connected to the battery pack. The baffle fins are disposed on the base. The baffle fins each have a first end and a second end. The mask covers the baffle fins. The mask includes at least an air inlet and at least an air outlet which correspond in position to the first and second ends, respectively. The baffle structure guides hot air out, takes up no space inside the electric vehicle, dispenses with a need to be connected to any external cooling system, and saves electrical power supplied by the battery pack.
