    Abstract: Provides an electropolishing treatment method for a stainless steel workpiece, wherein the method comprises the following steps: placing the stainless steel workpiece in an oxalic acid solution and performing supersonic oscillation; performing a first electropolishing treatment to the stainless steel workpiece, wherein the first electropolishing treatment uses the stainless steel workpiece as an anode and 10% to 15% perchloric acid as an electrolyte, and when a constant voltage is set as 12V, the first electropolishing treatment procedure is performed; and performing a second electropolishing treatment to the stainless steel workpiece, wherein the second electropolishing treatment uses the stainless steel workpiece after the first electropolishing treatment as an anode, and an electrolyte consists of ethanol, sulfuric acid and perchloric acid, and when a constant voltage is set as 12V, the second electropolishing treatment is performed to obtain the stainless steel workpiece after the second electropolishing treatment.

    Abstract: A powder recycling system includes a supply tank, a continuous loss-in-weight module, a pneumatic module, a transfer channel, a recycle module, and a refilling tank. The supply tank accommodates recycling powder. The continuous loss-in-weight module includes a storage tank receiving the recycling powder from the supply tank and a rotary output pipe connected to the storage tank to output the recycling powder. The continuous loss-in-weight module controls the mass flow rate of the output of the recycling powder according to the weight change of the storage tank. The pneumatic module enables the recycling powder to float and move in the transfer channel. The recycle module is connected to the transfer channel to receive the recycling powder, sieves the recycling powder, provides virgin powder, and mixes the virgin powder with the recycling powder. The refilling tank is connected to the recycle module to receive the recycling powder and the virgin powder.

    Abstract: A battery active-balancing system comprises an external balancing power; a buck converter having a first side-winding and a second side-winding induced thereby, the first side-winding and the second side-winding each having a positive terminal and a negative terminal; a battery comprising series-connected cell-units each having a positive terminal and a negative terminal; a cell voltage-sensing unit coupled to the battery to sense a voltage of each cell unit of the series-connected cell-units; a main switch component coupled to the first side-winding and the battery in an ON state, or coupled to the first side-winding and the external balancing power in an OFF state; a cell-switch unit comprising first cell-switch components and second cell-switch components, wherein each of the first cell-switch components is coupled to the positive terminal of corresponding one cell-unit and the positive terminal of the second side-winding, and each of the second cell-switch components is coupled to the negative terminal of corresponding one cell-unit and the negative terminal of the second side-winding; and a microcontroller for controlling the main switch component and the cell-switch unit, and determining a voltage level fed back from the cell voltage-sensing unit.
