The single track roller units each rotatably support a track roller at an end of an arm that is rockably attached at another end to the track frame. The single track roller units bear the vehicle body load at the distal end of the arm through elastic members. A double track roller unit is interposed between the single track roller units, and includes a first arm rockably attached at its end to the track frame and a second arm rockably attached at its central portion to another end of the first arm. The second arm rotatably supports paired front and rear track rollers at two ends thereof.

    摘要: For a surface processing apparatus using a plasma, a mixed gas of a fluorine-containing gas and an oxygen gas is used as an ashing gas. A mixed gas of an oxygen gas and a fluorine-containing gas is introduced as an ashing gas. This allows the following steps to be carried out at the same time: removal of the silicon component left on the mask material surface and the mask material in the area including the cured mask layer and the like; and the removal of the carbon-based, and silicon-based deposits deposited on the inner wall of a vacuum chamber. In addition, the removal of the mask material is performed under low pressure, and in the subsequent step to a step using a mixed gas of a fluorine-containing gas and an oxygen gas, a plasma of only an oxygen gas is used. As a result, it becomes possible to reduce the damages (etching) to the film layer after etching.

    摘要: A travel driving apparatus for a track-type earthmoving machine is provided which can reduce abrasion wear of a sprocket and a bushing and which enables easy replacement of worn members. A contact member is detachably mounted to an opposing surface of a track shoe to a sprocket, and a tooth top portion of the sprocket is brought into contact with the contact member, thereby securing a gap between a bushing of a track chain and a tooth bottom portion of the sprocket. The tooth top portion of the sprocket and a surface portion of the contact member have surface portions which are brought into contact with each other at a time when the sprocket rotates.
