Abstract: A neurosurgical ultrasonic focusing assisted three-stage atomization cooling and postoperative wound film forming device has a transducer housing and a nozzle, wherein a horn is arranged in the transducer housing, at least two layers of piezoelectric ceramic sheets are arranged at the top of the horn, an electrode sheet connected with an ultrasonic generator is arranged between two adjacent layers of piezoelectric ceramic sheets, the bottom of the transducer housing is of a hemispherical structure, and a plurality of piezoelectric elements connected with the ultrasonic generator are arranged inside the hemispherical structure; and the nozzle is arranged at the bottom of the horn and connected with a medical nanofluid storage cup, compressed gas can also be introduced into the nozzle, and an electrode is also arranged inside the nozzle.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a flexible sensor detection system for medical care and health, including: an information collection module, which uses a wearable device as a carrier, where flexible sensors are respectively arranged on the wearable device; an information transmission module, configured to wirelessly transmit collected information to an information processing and feedback module; and the information processing and feedback module, configured to perform grading treatment on received data information and feed back a health condition corresponding to the data information to the information transmission module, where the information transmission module compares feedback health condition data with a preset health threshold to determine whether to give an alarm. A heart rate ECG band, a breathing band, a shell temperature band, a blood flow rate band, a blood glucose band, a blood oxygen band, and a deep temperature band of the present invention are provided with the built-in flexible sensors.

The peanut whole-process production line includes a peanut cleaning system, a shell breaking system, a skin removing system, a peanut kernel classification system, an ultra-fine pulverization system and a classification packaging system; a first procedure is cleaning and impurity removal of peanuts, breaking of peanut shells is performed after the cleaning and impurity removal of peanuts, removal of peanut kernel skins and ultra-fine pulverization of the peanut shells are respectively performed after the breaking of peanut shells, classification of peanut kernels is performed after the removal of peanut kernel skins, and classification packaging of ultra-fine peanut shell powder is performed after the ultra-fine pulverization of the peanut shells; whole-process processing of peanuts is completed by using the peanut whole-process production line, and peanut resources are fully utilized.

Abstract: A multi-procedure integrated automatic production line for hard alloy blades under robot control is provided. The production line includes a rail-guided robot. A cutter passivation device and a blade cleaning and drying device are arranged on one side of the rail-guided robot. A blade-coating transfer table, a blade coating device, a blade boxing transfer table, a blade-tooling dismounting device and a blade boxing device are sequentially arranged on another side of the rail-guided robot. The blade-tooling dismounting device is arranged on one side of the blade boxing transfer table. The production line further includes squirrel-cage toolings for carrying the blades. The squirrel-cage tooling that are loaded with the blades can run among the cutter passivation device, the blade cleaning and drying device, the blade-coating transfer table and the blade boxing transfer table. The blades after being treated through the blade-tooling dismounting device are sent to the blade boxing device.

Abstract: An elastic self-positioning pre-dicing device and method, the device includes a V-shaped self-positioning device, a cutter and a separation device; the V-shaped self-positioning device includes first and second elastic conveying faces which form a V-shaped conveying space, and materials are kept in a vertical state when arriving at a bottom end between the two elastic conveying faces with the conveying of the faces; the cutter is arranged at the bottom end between the two faces to cut the materials in half along a long axis; and the separation device is arranged at the lower part of the cutter and configured to convey the materials cut in half to next stage respectively. This overcomes the defects of low efficiency in manual dicing of seed potatoes and waste of seed potatoes. The half-cut seed potatoes will be conveyed to next intelligent dice identification station to ensure high utilization of seed potato production.
