Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a UE may monitor a set of operational conditions associated with the UE. Based on the monitoring, the UE may transmit a request for an indication identifying a PDCCH monitoring location associated with receiving a next DCI communication. A base station may receive the request and determines whether to grant the request. Based on the determination, the base station may selectively transmit the indication to the UE. The UE may monitor in the PDCCH monitoring location if the indication is received in response to the request.

Abstract: A configuration for configuring and updating the spatial relationship of multiple physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources in a single message, thereby reducing signaling overhead. A user equipment (UE) constructs a message associated with at least one of a plurality of component carriers (CCs) or a plurality of bandwidth parts (BWPs) indicating a same spatial relation for the at least one of the plurality of CCs or the plurality of BWPs. The UE transmits the message to a base station. The base station transmits a message to the UE configuring multiple spatial parameters for the at least one of the plurality of CCs, the plurality of BWPs, or a plurality of uplink/downlink resources.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may store configurations for candidate physical cell identifiers (PCIs) that the UE may select from for inter-cell mobility. A base station or a UE or both may identify a first configuration indicating a number of configured PCIs for inter-cell mobility operations. The base station or the UE or both may identify a second configuration indicating a number of selected PCIs for inter-cell mobility operations. In some cases, the selected PCIs may be a subset of the configured PCIs. Identifying the number of configured PCIs and the number of selected PCIs by the base station and UE may be based on a capability report configured by the UE. The UE and the base station may perform an inter-cell mobility operation based on stored cell configurations associated with the configured PCIs and the selected PCIs.

An example method for wireless communication at a UE includes determining, while communicating using a first frequency range comprising a first set of frequency hops, at least one of a TCI state or a spatial relation for communicating using a second frequency range comprising a second set of frequency hops. The example method also includes communicating, after switching communication from the first frequency range to the second frequency range, using the second frequency range based on the determined at least one of the TCI state or the spatial relation.

The information may indicate a resource allocation for transmission of an initial uplink message via a second cell. The initial uplink message is a first uplink transmission scheduled to occur between the first network node and a second network node after a handover of the first network node from the first cell to the second cell. The first network node may receive a command via the first cell. The command may trigger the handover of the first network node from the first cell to the second cell. In response to the command message, the first network node may transmit the initial uplink message via the second cell.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating phase jump estimation for SL DMRS bundling are disclosed herein. An example method includes receiving, from another device, first information at a first symbol of a first slot, the first slot including at least the first symbol and a first reference signal. The example method also includes receiving second information at a second symbol of a second slot, the second slot including at least the second symbol and a second reference signal, the first information and the second information being repetitions. The example method also includes generating a first reference signal copy based at least on the second reference signal and a phase jump between the first slot and the second slot. Additionally, the example method includes performing channel estimation across the first slot and the second slot based on an aggregation of the first reference signal and the first reference signal copy.
