摘要： A hair dyeing process which comprises of steps of contacting the hair to be dyed with an aqueous solution of a metal salt that promotes melanogenses in air. Before or after the aforementioned step contacting the hair with a solution of 5,6-dihydroxyindole, rinsing the hair between the two contacting steps, maintaining the contact with the second-used solution until a desired darker color is obtained, rinsing or shampooing the hair, then contacting the hair with a solution of hydrogen peroxide until the desired color shade is obtained, and then again rinsing the hair.

摘要： A container includes a platform supported by legs and a handle extending from the platform and including a base for attaching the handle to the platform. The handle includes a first telescoping section nested within a second telescoping section, a grip attached to the second telescoping section, a rod extending from the grip and a latching member attached to the base for engaging the rod when the handle is in a compressed condition. The legs may be pivotally attached to the platform and each leg may be formed of wire having a generally rectangular shape with a first side and a second side. The platform may be formed of interleaved portions pivotally attached to a central hub and each section may be movable between an open and closed position. The handle may be biased in order to extend the handle when the latch member is released from the rod. The container may be disposed in an enclosure having a lid and the handle may abut the lid and removal of the lid activates the latching member to bias the rod and allow the handle to extend out of the enclosure.

摘要： A side loading transport apparatus for swathers and the like is disclosed comprising a transport vehicle such as a truck or a trailer with one or more load bearing ramps hingably attached along a loading edge thereof, at positions corresponding to the wheel paths of the equipment to be loaded. Each load-bearing ramp has an outboard section that is at least as long as the wheelbase of the wheeled vehicle to be loaded. The swather or equipment can then be driven up onto the load bearing ramp or ramps, and the weight of the equipment will level the load-bearing surface back down onto the transport vehicle—the ramps can be folded up or retracted and the load locked down. No hydraulic or other powered mechanical drive mechanism is needed to raise or lower the load-bearing surface during loading or unloading.

摘要： Cryogenic cooling apparatus comprising an inlet path through which refrigerant gas is caused to flow, a Joule-Thomson expansion nozzle which communicates with the inlet path and in which, in use, a proportion of the refrigerant gas is caused to liquefy and an outlet path communicating with the outlet of the expansion nozzle, the inlet path being in heat exchange relationship with the outlet path. An elongate valve needle cooperates with the outlet side of the expansion nozzle and together with the latter constitutes a valve. A sensor is disposed in the space on the outlet side of the expansion nozzle and is arranged progressively to close the valve as the amount of liquid refrigerant in contact with it increases. The valve needle defines a bypass passage which extends along its entire length and remains open at all times. The apparatus is accommodated within a container, to the outer surface of a portion of the wall of which a thermal load is connected. The outlet end of the bypass passage is directed towards the portion of the container wall carrying the thermal load and thus ensures that the refrigerant in the vicinity of the said portion is maintained in a state of agitation at all times.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a visible information management system which includes a notebook having disposed therein a plurality of pivotal passive pressure clips. Each of the pressure clips are adapted to hold therein an index card having information printed thereon. Each of the pressure clips may also be labeled in order that the cards held therein may be identified. The index cards are held in the pressure clips by virtue of an overlapping flap which forms a clip for holding under pressure an index card inserted therein. One side of the index card easily slips into the clip portion of the pivotal passive pressure clip. Since there are a plurality of pressure clips disposed in the notebook, a plurality of index cards may be slipped into the respective pressure clips within the notebook.
