    Abstract: A semiconductor package includes a redistribution substrate including a first surface and a second surface that are opposite to each other, an antenna substrate on the first surface and including a first insulating portion and antenna patterns on a top surface of the first insulating portion, and a first semiconductor chip on the second surface. The redistribution substrate includes a second insulating portion, and a redistribution pattern in the second insulating portion. The redistribution pattern includes an interconnection portion extending parallel to a top surface of the second insulating portion, and a via portion protruding from the interconnection portion toward the first surface. A width of the via portion decreases as a height in a direction from the second surface toward the first surface increases. The active surface of the first semiconductor chip is adjacent to the second surface.

    Abstract: According to certain embodiments, an electronic device comprises: a communication module; at least one processor; and a memory electrically connected to the at least one processor, wherein the memory stores instructions, that when executed, cause the at least one processor to perform a plurality of operations, the plurality of operations comprising: determining whether a packet received through the communication module satisfies at least one packet filtering rule, transmitting the packet directly to a user address space allocated to the memory, bypassing a network stack included in a kernel address space allocated to the memory, when the packet satisfies the at least one packet filtering rule, and transmitting the packet to the user address space through the network stack included in the kernel address space allocated to the memory when the packet does not satisfy the at least one packet filtering rule.

    Abstract: A method of operating the electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a universal serial bus (USB) connector connectable to an external electronic device including a radio reception circuit configured to receive a radio signal and to convert the received radio signal into a digital signal, and a signal processing circuit configured to generate a sound corresponding to the digital signal based on a control signal transmitted by the electronic device, and a processor. The processor may be configured to: receive information of the external electronic device in response to detecting that the external electronic device is connected to the USB connector, determine whether the external electronic device is capable of processing the radio signal based on the information of the external electronic device, activate a radio framework configured to control a radio reception function of the external electronic device in response to identifying that the external electronic device is capable of processing the radio signal, and control the external electronic device based on the operation of the USB framework, which receives the control signal generated by the radio framework. In addition, various embodiments are possible.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for managing data associated with an application that is not used in an electronic device. The electronic device may comprise instructions by which: at least one application program is downloaded from an external server through a communication circuit; at least one application program is installed in the electronic device; a file system is provided and is configured to store, in at least one first area of a non-volatile memory, at least one file used by the at least one application program; metadata, which is associated with at least one file, is stored in at least one second area of a non-volatile memory by using a file system, wherein the metadata includes information of the at least one application program; at least one application program is deleted from the electronic device; and at least one file is deleted on the basis of at least a part of the metadata during deletion or after deletion of the at least one application program.

    Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a switch configured to select a mode of the electronic device, a multiply and accumulate (MAC) array configured to include a plurality of MAC units, and at least one processor configured to include a zero weight skip unit for confirming a first weight having a value of ‘0’ among weights related with input data, and for forwarding a second weight not having a value of ‘0’ among the weights, to the MAC array. The at least one processor is configured to acquire the input data, acquire the weights, select the mode of the electronic device by using the switch, in response to a first mode of the electronic device being selected, perform convolution operations between the input data and the second weight forwarded to the MAC array through the zero weight skip unit, and, in response to a second mode of the electronic device being selected, perform convolution operations between the input data and the weights forwarded to the MAC array.
