Abstract:
Provided are an exposure apparatus including a light source unit which provides light for exposure and comprises micro light emitting diodes arranged in a matrix form; a substrate transfer unit which transfers a target substrate; and a control unit which controls at least one of the light source unit and the substrate transfer unit. The control unit allocates coordinates or an address to each micro light emitting diode and individually controls an amount of light of each micro light emitting diode according to a preset pattern based on the coordinates or the address.

A photocurable composition includes: a photocurable oligomer; a photocurable monomer including a monofunctional (metha)acrylate monomer and a polyfunctional (metha)acrylate monomer; a functional raw material including an antioxidant and a surface additive; and a photoinitiator. The photocurable oligomer may include at least one of (metha)acrylate, polyester-based (metha)acrylate, epoxy (metha)acrylate, or urethane (metha)acrylate. The photocurable oligomer may be included in an amount of about 15 wt % to about 25 wt %, based on a total weight of the photocurable composition, and have a weight-average molecular weight of about 500 g/mol to about 10000 g/mol.
Abstract:
A display device may include a first electrode, a second electrode, an emission layer, an intervening layer, and a first encapsulation layer. The second electrode may overlap the first electrode. The emission layer may be disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, may overlap the first electrode, and may include a light emitting material. The intervening layer may directly contact the second electrode, may be spaced from each of the first electrode and the emission layer, and may include a fluorine compound. A first section of the first encapsulation layer may overlap the emission layer. The intervening layer may be positioned between the second electrode and a second section of the first encapsulation layer.
