    Abstract: A method includes obtaining, using a stationary sensor of an electronic device, multiple image frames including first and second image frames. The method also includes generating, using multiple previously generated motion vectors, a first motion-distorted image frame using the first image frame and a second motion-distorted image frame using the second image frame. The method further includes adding noise to the motion-distorted image frames to generate first and second noisy motion-distorted image frames. The method also includes performing (i) a first multi-frame processing (MFP) operation to generate a ground truth image using the motion-distorted image frames and (ii) a second MFP operation to generate an input image using the noisy motion-distorted image frames. In addition, the method includes storing the ground truth and input images as an image pair for training an artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML)-based image processing operation for removing image distortions caused by handheld image capture.

    Abstract: An interconnection structure includes a first dielectric layer, a second dielectric layer, first wiring patterns, and a first conductive pattern. The first wiring patterns respectively include a first penetration part that extends into a surface of the first dielectric layer, a first intervention part on the first penetration part and in the second dielectric layer, and a first connection part on the first intervention part and in the second dielectric layer. A top surface of the first intervention part is at a same level as a top surface of the first conductive pattern relative to the surface of the first dielectric layer. An angle between a sidewall of the first connection part and the top surface of the first intervention part is greater than that between a sidewall of the first penetration part and a bottom surface of the first dielectric layer.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a communication device and an operating method. The communication device includes an antenna, a transmission processor, a radio frequency chain, and a reception processor. The transmission processor is configured to output a second transmission input signal with the same average power as the average power of a first transmission input signal and a second amplitude greater than a first amplitude of the first transmission input signal. The RF chain is configured to output an RF output signal to be transmitted through the antenna, based on a transmission input signal, and to output a reception input signal based on a signal received through the antenna. The reception processor is configured to check an out-of-band blocker by detecting a peaked frequency spectrum based on the reception input signal and to adjust a reception characteristic parameter of the RF chain based on an amplitude of the peaked frequency spectrum.
