摘要： Provided are a file storage system, and a method for managing duplicate files in the file storage system. The file storage system that performs file duplication for error recovery includes a client for requesting generation of a duplicate file of a new file being stored, a metadata server for storing information associated with prestored duplicate files and determining whether a file that is identical to the new file is present among the prestored duplicate files, to limit a number of identical duplicate files to a preset number, and a data server comprising a file duplication unit and a storage unit for respectively performing file duplication and file storage under the control of the metadata server. Accordingly, file recovery can be performed while duplicate files in the system are minimized.

The method includes establishing a P2P connection with a correspondent terminal through the at least one P2P dedicated channel, and exchanging P2P communication data with the correspondent terminal through at least one of the plurality of P2P contention channels.

A first Mobile Station (MS) determines a DownLink (DL) duration, performs synchronization, selects one preamble code among a preamble code set reserved for the call setup of the MS out of the cell area, and transmits the selected preamble code during the determined DL duration. A second MS scans a preamble code during the DL duration, determines if the scanned preamble code is a preamble code for the call setup of the MS out of the cell area, and transmits a response message to the preamble code to the first MS.

摘要： A hybrid SAR ADC can be implemented to reduce the number of operations that are executed to convert an analog input signal into its digital representation. Pipeline processing operations can be executed on the analog input signal to generate pipeline bits (MSBs of the digital representation) and an analog residue signal. The analog residue signal can be compared against a plurality of thresholds to generate comparator bits that are indicative of a range associated with a subset of the predetermined thresholds that correspond to the analog residue signal. Successive approximation analog-to-digital conversion operations can be executed on the analog residue signal to generate successive approximation bits. The digital representation can be determined based, at least in part, on the pipeline bits, the comparator bits, and the successive approximation bits.
