Abstract: To support preparation of a document with consistency. First document data and second document data are received, the first document data is divided into a plurality of first blocks, the second document data is divided into a plurality of second blocks, a plurality of first combinations each including corresponding first and second blocks are determined, and of the plurality of first combinations, one or more second combinations with a difference between the corresponding first and second blocks are shown, any one of the plurality of first blocks included in the second combinations is received as a first designated block, the second block corresponding to the first designated block is received as a second designated block, and of the first combinations, a third combination in which presence or absence of establishment of textual entailment between the first designated block and the first block is different from presence or absence of establishment of textual entailment between the second designated block and the second block is shown.

Abstract: A document reading comprehension support system which presents information necessary for a user with high accuracy is provided. A reading comprehension support system which receives a designated document; creates a first graph representing a structure of the designated document with words or phrases contained in the designated document; outputs two or more words or phrases contained in the first graph; receives a plurality of designated words or phrases from the output words or phrases; searches the first graph with the plurality of designated words or phrases; and outputs a search result, is provided. As the search result, at least a second graph representing a shortest path between any two of the plurality of designated words or phrases in the first graph can be output. The shortest path is a path connecting any two of the plurality of designated words or phrases through at least one complementary word or phrase. The complementary word or phrase is a word or phrase different from the plurality of designated words or phrases.

Abstract: An object of one embodiment of the present invention is to provide a secondary battery in which deterioration of charge-discharge cycle characteristics is suppressed, to suppress generation of defects caused by expansion and contraction of an active material in a negative electrode, or to prevent deterioration caused by deformation of a secondary battery. To prevent deterioration, a material that can be alloyed with lithium and fluidified easily is used for a negative electrode. To hold a negative electrode active material over a surface of a current collector, a covering layer that covers the negative electrode active material is provided. Furthermore, a portion where the current collector and the negative electrode active material are in contact with each other is alloyed. In other words, an alloy that is in contact with both the current collector and the negative electrode active material is provided in the negative electrode.

Abstract: A semiconductor device in which a circuit and a power storage element are efficiently placed is provided. The semiconductor device includes a first transistor, a second transistor, and an electric double-layer capacitor. The first transistor, the second transistor, and the electric double-layer capacitor are provided over one substrate. A band gap of a semiconductor constituting a channel region of the second transistor is wider than a band gap of a semiconductor constituting a channel region of the first transistor. The electric double-layer capacitor includes a solid electrolyte.

Abstract: A decrease in the capacity of a power storage device is inhibited by adjusting or reducing imbalance in the amount of inserted and extracted carrier ions between positive and negative electrodes, which is caused by decomposition of an electrolyte solution of the negative electrode. Further, the capacity of the power storage device can be restored. Furthermore, impurities in the electrolyte solution can be decomposed with the use of the third electrode. A power storage device including positive and negative electrodes, an electrolyte, and a third electrode is provided. The third electrode has an adequate electrostatic capacitance. The third electrode can include a material with a large surface area. In addition, a method for charging the power storage device including the steps of performing charging by applying a current between the positive and negative electrodes, and performing additional applying a current between the third electrode and the negative electrode is provided.
