Abstract:
A disclosed fixing device applying a bubble-like fixing liquid to resin-containing particles adhered to a medium so that the resin-containing particles are fixed to the medium, the bubble-like fixing liquid being formed by transforming a fixing liquid into foam that dissolves or swells at least a part of the resin, includes a control device that, based on a difference between a moisture content included in the medium after fixing and a target value of the moisture content, adjusts an application amount of the fixing liquid for a next medium.
Abstract:
A fixing device includes a foam fixer generator unit generating a foam fixer containing a softener softening toner by dissolving or swelling part of resin of the toner, an application roller carrying and transferring the foam fixer onto a recording sheet, a pressure roller applying pressure to a toner image on the recording sheet via the foam fixer on the application roller to fix the toner image on the recording sheet, a cleaning device removing residual components remaining on the application roller, a recording sheet detector unit detecting presence or absence of the recording sheet, a remover unit being in contact with and separated from the application roller to remove the foam fixer on the application roller, and a control unit controlling the contact-separation operation of the remover unit based on a detected result of a front end and/or a rear end of the recording sheet.
Abstract:
In a lead frame used in a molded package of a semiconductor device, leads disposed entirely including an island portion, which is a portion for mounting a semiconductor chip, are formed. In the manufacture of a semiconductor device, after mounting the semiconductor chip and performing wire bonding and resin sealing, the leads are adequately cut corresponding to the number of electrodes of the semiconductor chip to divide the leads into a plurality of portions.
Abstract:
An image processing system comprises a first input unit for inputting an image signal, a second input unit for inputting a character or code signal, a binarizing unit for binarizing the image signal, including a unit for gray level processing the image signal, a discrimination unit for discriminating the presence or absence of a gray level in the image signal, and an output unit for outputting the image signal when the discrimination unit discriminates the absence of the gray level or the character or code signal as a digital image signal without processing the signal by the gray level processing unit.
Abstract:
A color image forming apparatus separately corrects an intensity of each of color component images used for forming a multicolor image. The multicolor image is formed by superimposing a plurality of color component images on a printing paper. Each of the color component images is formed by one of color toners. Color patterns having a gradation are printed by using each of the color toners. A color sensor is provided at a position in which each of the color patterns is read, the color sensor being sensitive to a color of each of the color toners. The color sensor outputs output signals corresponding to each of the color patterns. The intensity of each of the color component images is corrected in accordance with the corresponding output signals of the color sensor. A mixture of colors in each of the color component images is detected, and the intensity of the corresponding color component image is corrected so as to maintain a desired color balance.
Abstract:
A resin sealed semiconductor device includes a lead frame having a die pad; a semiconductor element mounted on the die pad; a resin sealing the lead frame and the semiconductor element, the die pad including a plurality of through holes where the semiconductor element is mounted; and a resin film bonding the semiconductor element to the die pad.
Abstract:
A color image processing apparatus comprises: a device to supply color image data obtained by photoelectrically converting an object image; a changing circuit which has a density conversion table and changes the density of the color image data supplied by the supplying device into a plurality of densities on the basis of the table; and a reproducing device such as a bubble jet printer for reproducing the image data whose density was changed by the changing circuit as a plurality of visible images which can be simultaneously seen. With the apparatus, an image of a desired color or density can be preferably reproduced.
Abstract:
A color image reading apparatus having a color sensor with plural sensor groups, the color sensor for separating an objective image into plural color components and for converting the plural color components into plural color component signals, and a shading corrector for performing shading correction for the plural color component signals. The shading corrector causes the plural sensor groups to substantially simultaneously read a reference plate and automatically corrects a shading correction state for each of the plural color component signals in accordance with data obtained from the plural sensor groups.
Abstract:
A halftone image recording apparatus includes means for recording an image on a recording medium, inputting an image signal representative of an image which includes a plurality of density levels, generating a plurality of pulsed periodic signals having different widths of one period of the image signal, selecting at least one periodic signal with a preselected pulse width among a plurality of the periodic signals, combining the selected periodic signal with the image signal, and applying the combined signal to the recording means.
Abstract:
An image reading and recording apparatus comprises a reader for reading an image of a document by scanning a document and a recorder for effecting recording of the image read by the reader on a recording medium by scanning one side of the recording medium. A driving and controlling device drives and controls the reader and the recorder in such a manner that the image recorded on one side of the recording medium by means of the recorder will be inverted with respect to the image of the document.
