摘要: A check valve is housed in a valve chamber and includes a support portion and a flexible portion. The support portion extends along a principal axis thereof. The flexible portion is supported by the support portion in a manner extending from the principal axis. A diaphragm defines a lower wall of the valve chamber, and includes an inflow port for fluid at a position that is closed with the flexible portion when the flexible portion is displaced. A bottom plate defines an upper wall of the valve chamber, and faces the diaphragm with the flexible portion arranged therebetween. An uneven portion is provided in at least one of mutually facing areas of an upper principal surface, which is one of two principal surfaces of the flexible portion and faces the bottom plate, and a lower principal surface of the bottom plate, the uneven portion being partially uneven.

摘要: The present invention provides an object lens actuator in which a tilt of an object lens due to a change of an ambient temperature is inhibited even when a metal member is attached to a resin based securing part. It is desirable to improve quality of writing and playing in a disc drive using the object lens actuator. This is achieved by coupling a metal member having a flat portion and bent portions to a securing part near top ends of the bent portions. The flat portion has a normal in the focusing direction. The bent portions extend in the focusing direction from the respective ends of the flat portion in the tracking direction. The securing part has an opening therethrough in the focusing direction, and in the opening, the metal member and the securing part may be coupled between each outermost two support members in the focusing direction.

摘要: In a display panel having no black matrix in a picture-frame region, occurrence of flicker in the picture-frame region is suppressed. On a substrate constituting a liquid crystal panel, a peripheral electrode is formed in such a way as to cover at least a part of an electrical wiring line arranged in a picture-frame region facing a counter electrode with a liquid crystal layer therebetween. Also, a voltage generating circuit for providing a predetermined potential to the peripheral electrode is provided in the liquid crystal panel. A control signal, which is a binary signal, is provided to the voltage generating circuit from an external source. The voltage generating circuit provides a potential having a predetermined potential difference from a potential provided to the counter electrode, or a potential equal to the potential provided to the counter electrode, to the peripheral electrode according to a value of the control signal.

摘要: Provided is a digital modulator, including a carrier wave output section that outputs a carrier wave, a variable delay section that delays the carrier wave, and a delay amount setting section that sets a delay amount by which the variable delay section delays the carrier wave based on transmission data being transmitted by the carrier wave. The variable delay section may include a multi-stage delay buffer circuit in which delay buffers that delay an input signal by a unit shift amount are connected in a cascade connection, the multi-stage delay buffer circuit may receive the carrier wave at a first-stage delay buffer as input, and the delay amount setting section may include a multiplexer that selects either an output from the carrier wave output section or an output from each stage of the multi-stage delay buffer circuit.
