摘要: A drain diffusion layer 11b includes a low impurity concentration region 5a and a high impurity concentration region 5b, and the low impurity concentration region 5a is located on the channel region side. An impurity layer 7 having an opposite conductivity type to the drain diffusion layer 11b is formed in the channel region, at a position away from the low impurity concentration region 5a by a distance T. Alternatively, the low impurity concentration region 5a and the impurity layer 7 are located so as to contact each other. Still alternatively, a border impurity layer is provided between the low impurity concentration region 5a and the impurity layer 7. Thus, a semiconductor device including a high voltage transistor capable of suppressing the reduction of the electric current driving capability and performing stable driving, and a method for fabricating the same, can be provided.

摘要: In network groups adjacent to each other constructed by communication apparatuses notifying beacons, the communication apparatuses can exchange necessary data between themselves, avoiding interference. Communication stations in a group set one beacon period to operate the network group. A communication station in the group acquires a beacon period and a reservation period of an adjacent group, sets its own reservation period avoiding the acquired beacon period and reservation period, and as necessary, enters the adjacent group to exchange necessary data. A device shared by a plurality of users does not belong to any group, and a communication apparatus in a different group temporarily enters the beacon period as necessary to exchange data.

摘要: Disclosed is a method that preferably performs transmission processing to a time sequence signal of a known pattern as the pre-amble and an OFDM transmitted signal. In data communications, the general practice defines the pre-amble and detects the peaks of the mutual correlation to thereby detect synchronization. The pre-amble here is defined by the binary value in most cases for simplification of a correlation detecting device. In this case, the spectrum becomes irregular with sharp peaks and dips, which deteriorates the correlation characteristic. The method of the invention forcibly adjusts the spectrum amplitude of the pre-amble pattern on the transmitting side while retaining the phase information thereof, and thereby the method improves the spectrum and correlation characteristics while securing simplification of a correlation detecting device on the receiving side.

摘要: It is aimed at performing an inverse FFT for ranging and efficiently estimating channel characteristics of a time response. It is highly possible that the UWB standardization adopts OFDM systems. A transmission estimation section inevitably acquires estimation values for a frequency region. The ranging is a representative feature of the UWB and requires channel estimation values for time response. For this reason, an inverse FFT needs to be performed for conversion. Frequency region smoothing means is used for time response limitation to prevent additional large FFTs from being provided for the ranging. It is therefore possible to acquire time responses using fewer FFT points than for ordinary data reception.

摘要: In a jig for inspecting a device provided with at least a radio frequency signal terminal and an earth terminal, a metal block is formed with a through hole extending in a first direction. A contact probe is inserted into the through hole. The contact probe is provided with a metal pipe extending in the first direction. A plunger is retractably projected from one longitudinal end of the metal pipe to be brought into contact with the radio frequency signal terminal. At least two dielectric ring members are provided on an outer periphery of the metal pipe, and fitted with the through hole while forming a gap between the outer periphery of the metal pipe and an inner wall of the through hole, in order to form a coaxial path in which the contact probe serves as a core conductor and the metal block serves as an external conductor. A diameter of the through hole and a diameter of the dielectric ring members are selected such that the coaxial path has a predetermined impedance relative to the radio signal frequency terminal.

摘要: A receiving device makes the data conducted a high precision maximum likelihood sequence estimation and after transmission it can be restored with further improved accuracy. Since the receiving device (31, 32) for outputting a received signal (S27) upon receiving the transmission signal, the weighting circuit (35) for calculating the weight coefficient showing the reliability of slot by which said received signal is transmitted based on the received signal transmitted from the receiving device and multiplying this weight coefficient by the received signal and outputting it, and the decoding circuit (16) for decoding the received signal (S29) to be transmitted from the weighting circuit and restoring the data transmitted are provided, the maximum likelihood sequence estimation can be conducted upon adding the reliability of slot in the decoding circuit, and thereby, even in the case where the qualities of communications vary by slot, the transmitted data can be restored with further improved accuracy by conducting a high precision maximum likelihood sequence estimation.
