    摘要: To reduce errors and decrease loss, the detecting range of current is enlarged and the current is independently detectable. A rectified voltage and a rectified current are supplied from an input terminal. Resistors 1 and 2 are serially connected between the input and output terminals. A load is connected to the output terminal. Between an emitter and collector of the transistor are resistor 1 and a constant current detecting circuit 5. The transistor base is connected to a control circuit that controls the transistor switching operations. The constant current detecting circuit 5 detects current from the voltage across resistor 1. A current detecting circuit 6 detects current from the voltage across resistor 2. A signal is supplied to the control circuit when the constant current detecting circuit 5 detects small current. The control circuit supplies a signal to the transistor base that increases transistor impedance.

A capacitor C for rectifying is provided between the terminal TM1 and the ground. A switching device X is provided between the other end of the primary coil T1 and the ground. A power source obtained from a terminal TM3 is supplied as a power source for driving oscillators O1 and O2, PWM circuits P1 and P2, and a driving circuit D. The oscillator O1 supplies a signal based on a preset frequency f1 to the circuit P1. In the circuit P1, a switching signal having a predetermined duty ratio according to the supplied signal is supplied to the circuit D through a switching circuit SW1. In the circuit D, the supplied switching signal is amplified and supplied to a control terminal of the switching device X.

    摘要: The present invention provides a highly safe charging circuit with which overcharge of a secondary battery will never occur even when a failure occurs in a transistor or the like that controls the charging voltage or charging current or when a protection circuit does not operate normally. In a secondary battery charging circuit 4 that charges a secondary battery E2 with an input power source voltage, the power source voltage is set to a voltage (e.g. 4.0 V) that is lower than the full-charge voltage (e.g. 4.2 V) of the secondary battery.     摘要: A commercially available power source is rectified by a diode bridge and a capacitor and supplied to a transformer via a terminal. One end of a primary coil is connected to the terminal and the other end is connected to a switching device. One end of a feedback coil is connected to the switching device and the other end is connected to the terminal. A negative feedback circuit is provided between the switching device and the terminal. A rectifying circuit comprising a diode and a capacitor is provided on a secondary coil. A node of the coil and the capacitor is connected to the terminal via a resistor. In detecting circuits, a voltage across the terminal is detected and a current across the resistor is detected. When the detected voltage and current are equal to predetermined values, a control signal is supplied to a feedback circuit.
