摘要: A radio telephone apparatus, such as a car telephone, and the method of controlling a radio telephone apparatus, in which the OFF operation of a power source switch caused by an erroneous operation is inhibited when the radio telephone is in a talk mode. In more in detail, the ON or OFF state of the power source switch is detected as well as whether or not the apparatus is in the talk mode, so that the switching of a power source line switch to its OFF state by means of the power source switch is inhibited in the talk mode and allowed only in a non-talk mode. Further, an ON/OFF function of a power supply of the apparatus as well as, for example, a muting function which is necessary only in the talk mode and which acts to attenuate a transmission talk voice, are allocated to one of keys in a dial key pad. The ON or OFF state of the allocated function key is detected to perform muting control based on the ON or OFF output of the function key in the talk mode and to perform ON/OFF control of the apparatus power supply in the non-talk mode.

摘要: A synchronizing signal separating circuit inverts and amplifies, in an inverter 12, a composite video signal received from a video amplifying circuit 100 through a coupling condenser 1. An output node B of the inverter 12 is connected to an input node A of the inverter 12 through a switch 14 and a bias resistor 10. A bias resistor 11 is connected between the input node A and a ground potential. An output of the inverter 12 is further inverted and amplified by an inverter 13 and outputted as a composite synchronizing signal and also supplied to a control input of the switch 14. As a result, the switch 14 is turned on in a synchronizing signal period, so that the coupling condenser 1 is charged with the output of the inverter 12 and also the electric charges of the coupling condenser 1 are discharged through the bias resistor 11 in other period than the synchronizing signal period. Therefore, irrespective of a APL of an inputted composite video signal, it is possible to maintain a level difference between a top level of the synchronizing signal and a separation level to be constant to correctly perform separation of the synchronization.

摘要: Provided is a navigation technique which allows a person other than a user who received a route guide to operate a navigation device through an interaction process. The navigation device is characterized by being provided with an instruction reception unit, a process unit, and an output unit. The instruction reception unit receives an instruction for a process from an external device. The process unit executes a process in accordance with the instruction received by the instruction reception unit. The output unit outputs output information which is obtained as the result of the process executed by the process unit.

摘要: The present application describes a method and a device for keeping the mask dimensions of a mask (6) constant in the mask plane in lithography. The mask (6) is heated due to the exposure during lithography. By means of thermal and/or mechanical methods, the dimensions of the mask (6) are kept constant. It is possible to use additional methods or devices, e.g. an air cooler (17) or an air heater (17), in order to prevent a change in the mask dimensions in the mask plane.

摘要: The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for an optical film of the invention is formed by a process comprising applying a water-dispersible pressure-sensitive adhesive containing emulsion particles comprising polymer particles emulsified with a surfactant and then drying the applied water-dispersible pressure-sensitive adhesive, and is in such a state that the polymer particles have a number average particle size (a) of 10 nm to 100 nm and that the ratio (a/b) of the number average particle size (a) to the average distance (b) between adjacent polymer particles is from 80/20 to 99.9/0.1, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer being observed with a transmission electron microscope. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer makes it possible to reduce depolarization even when it is used on a high-contrast polarizing plate or any other component having a high degree of polarization.
