There is a reaction layer of a portion of the ferrite core and the glass frit at a boundary between the ferrite core and the Cu conduction layer. The terminal electrodes has the peel strength identical with that of an existent Ag terminal electrode, without forming a plate layer.

The inclined positioning jig contains reference means for determining the arrangement of the multiple pins so that the axis of a diagonal hole in the insertion receiving component is aligned with axis of the shaft-like member to be inserted therein. The use of an inclined positioning jig having such reference means provides for easy switching to different models of insertion receiving components as well as provides for easy aligned insertion of shaft-like members into the diagonal holes of insertion receiving components.
