    摘要: In the present liquid crystal display device, a switching element, a data line connected to one end of the switching element, and an interconnecting wire insulated from the data line are formed on a substrate. The switching element, the data line, and the interconnecting wire are covered with an interlayer insulating film. An auxiliary capacitor electrode made of reflective metal and connected to the interconnecting wire is formed on the interlayer insulating film. An upper insulating film is formed on the interlayer insulating film to cover the auxiliary capacitor electrode, and a pixel electrode connected to the other end of the switching element is formed on the upper insulating film. The interconnecting wire is made of a material different from the auxiliary capacitor electrode, and the interlayer insulating film and upper insulating film have a contact hole which reaches the interconnecting wire.

    摘要: A method for continuously decomposing ozone layer-depleting substances which comprises adding air serving as a photolytic reaction promoter to at least one member selected from the group consisting of CFCs, HCFCs, halons and halogen-containing organic solvents, subjecting the resultant mixture to irradiation with UV light, and separating the resultant solid product and the resultant halogen product from each other to render the at least one member harmless is described. The method comprises providing a refrigeration medium comprising a lubricating oil and the at least one member, separating the lubricating oil from the at least one member under normal temperature and normal pressure conditions, separating moisture to a full extent from a mixture consisting of the at least one member and air, and subjecting the mixture to photolytic reaction by irradiation with UV light, and separating and collecting the resultant halogen compound from the photolytic reaction product. An apparatus for carrying out the method is also described.

    摘要: The invention provides a film-forming apparatus by a photo-CVD method comprising such essential structural elements as a light inlet in the form of a tube, a film-forming chamber, a light outlet in the form of a tube and a nozzle for feeding a mixture of a reactant and a gas for dilution so that a specific relation exists in the dimensions between the elements.With this structure, the film-forming apparatus by a photo-CVD method prevents the blur of the laser beam-incoming window due to contaminants adhered thereto, thereby enabling the extension of reaction time, increase of the deposition, and formation of a film with uniform thickness, and making the composition of the film closest to the stoichiometric one.
