摘要: A technique for correcting white eye in image data is disclosed. In this technique, a white eye candidate pixel is detected from an eye extracted from the image data based on a predetermined detection condition. The white eye candidate pixel as a white eye pixel based on a predetermined determination condition. Then, white eye correction is effected on the determined white eye pixel by changing its luminance.

摘要: In an exposure device according to the present invention, a plurality of exposure bands each containing multiple dots is formed on photographic paper by repeating main scanning in a main scanning direction based on image data that contains multiple pixels and the transfer of the photographic paper in a sub scanning direction. Of the multiple dots contained in each of two continuous exposure bands, the mean value of the pixel levels of two pixels corresponding to two dots with the same positional relationship for the main scanning direction is calculated to derive interpolation data. Thus, the region between the two dots neighboring in the sub scanning direction on the photographic paper is exposed on the basis of the interpolation data.

摘要: An image printing system is a system which forms images continuously on a long photosensitive material. The image printing system includes an inputting unit for making reservations for cutting of the photosensitive material by the unit of order. The reserved orders for which a cut is reserved by using the inputting unit are memorized in a RAM. The photosensitive material is cut by a paper cutter at a point behind a place where the formation of images is complete for the reserved order.

摘要: A negative mask unit which can perform exposure from either of reference film or new-type film simply by changing the direction of insertion of the negative film. The negative mask unit has a negative film feed passage provided between a base plate and a top plate. The film feed passage is composed of first to third feed passages. A negative mask is exchangeably set between the first and third feed passages. Two sets of mask-related members necessary to process reference film (135 film) and new-type film, including a film inlet, feed means, and sensors, are provided on one and the other sides of the negative mask, respectively. One of the sets is selected and film is inserted from the side of the selected set for exposure.
