摘要: The invention relates to a lashing element (10) for vertically connecting a container (100) or a stack (110) of at least two containers (100) arranged one above the other to a stop (40) on a surface, in particular on board a ship, with at least one element (24) for producing a releasable movable connection to the stop (40), with at least one element (18) for producing a detachable connection with a corner fitting (120) of the container (100), with at least one element (12) for changing a length of the lashing element (10) for adapting the length of the lashing element (10) and for tensioning the lashing element between the container corner (120) and the stop (40). It is provided that there is a pressure-resistant and tension-resistant connection between the at least one element (24) for producing a releasable movable connection with the stop (40) and the at least one element (18) for producing a releasable connection with a corner fitting (120) of the container (100).

摘要: The present invention relates to a lashing bar of a composite material formed through filament winding to provide light weight and capacity to withstand high tensile loads, and a method of manufacturing the same. The invention comprises continuous fibers with high tensile strength wound around the core in the center and the exteriors of thimbles with holes and encased by a composite material, and metal parts provided in certain areas where loads are concentrated. Therefore, the invention offers the advantages of maximizing efficiency during transportation and installation by lowering the weight of lashing bars used for the lashing of containers.

摘要: A lashing rod assembly includes a lashing rod and a hook member. The lashing rod is displaceable between upper and lower positions. The hook member includes a weight segment, a power segment, a hook, and a flange. The weight segment is configured to extend into an inner space of a corner casting of a shipping container. The power segment extends into a through hole of the lashing rod. The hook is configured to be in abutting engagement with an inner surface of the corner casting when the lashing rod is displaced to the lower position. The flange has an interior fulcrum area configured to bear on a shoulder region of the through hole so as to permit the weight segment to be angularly movable during downward displacement of the lashing rod.

摘要: A supporting arrangement for a carried load, more particularly a load carried on a ship such as, for example, a container, is provided. The supporting arrangement provides for connecting, in a non-rigid manner, the carried load to a bearing structure integral with the ship and to this aim it comprises a plurality of movement dampers interposed between the carried load and the bearing structure. The dampers can be directly interposed between the load and the bearing structure; alternatively, the supporting arrangement further comprises a supporting frame and the movement dampers are applied to the supporting frame. Owing to the fact that the carried load is not rigidly connected to the structure of the ship, the movements to which the ship is subjected during sea travel, especially because of wave movement, are not transmitted to the carried load, which therefore does not risk falling overboard.
