A reflection housing is connected to the flashlight housing and includes a light housing that is suspended within the reflection housing and positions the LED light source toward the flashlight handle. 摘要： A flashlight with a rotatable lamp head is provided. The lamp head pivots about two cylindrical coaxial electrical connectors. The lamp head also includes a reflector having a major parabolic reflective surface and a minor reflective parabolic surface. The reflector is configured so that the minor reflective surface is nested within the major reflective surface. The flashlight also includes a series of fluid-tight seals to insure that the flashlight is waterproof. In addition, a flapper valve is provided to function as a one-way valve allowing the release of gases produced by use of the batteries, and preventing fluid from entering the flashlight. A battery charger is also provided to recharge a battery pack for the flashlight.

摘要： A flashlight having a reinforced tubular plastic casing including a battery compartment and a bulb compartment separated by a transverse wall integrally molded with the casing. A bulb is retained in a socket integrally molded with the wall by a bushing which may be quickly connected and disconnected from the socket, the bulb and the bushing being resiliently axially moveable with respect to the socket and the transverse wall to prevent breakage of the bulb due to shock or impact. A novel reflector is axially moveable with respect to the bulb to afford adjustable focussing of the light emitted from the bulb. The reflective surface of the reflector combines a facetted parabolic surface on the outer portion of the reflector with a smooth spherical surface at the base of the reflector to optimize the amount of light collected from the light bulb and focused in the beam. A novel three-position switch assembly includes a one piece plastic actuator having an integrally molded pivotable pushbutton lever which may be actuated to flash the lamp on and off. The actuator is quickly and easily snapped into place in a switch housing to facilitate assembly.

摘要： A modular flashlight is formed from three parts which are screwed together--a battery housing, a switch housing, and a head. An O-ring at each screw connection provides a substantially watertight seal. A bulb is mounted in the switch housing and a reflector is mounted in the head. Rotation of the head relative to the switch housing varies the focus of the light reflected by the reflector. The head can be removed from the switch housing so that the bulb can provide candle illumination.
