The reflector includes a plurality of interconnected reflector cups each including an LED opening that receives a respective LED. The reflector also defines at least one void disposed between adjacent reflector cups for allowing light from outside the lamp that enters the lamp to pass through the void so as not to be reflected by the reflector.

The reflection membrane is positioned on the glass base board around edges of the decoration pattern for shielding the glass base board and reflecting light. The print circuit board is received in the housing under the glass base board. The light emitting assembly includes a base board and a light source positioned on the base board. A first light emitting portion of the glass base board is positioned between the reflection membrane and the decoration pattern.

The front surface is planar and a plurality of lenses is disposed between the front surface and the back surface. At least selected light transmission regions are registered with selected lens elements. A method for forming the light directing film and illuminated signs utilizing the light directing films are also described.
