摘要: A method for controlling a current flowing through a consumer comprises the following steps, which are periodically traversed: determining a dither current based on a dither signal and a definite point in time, wherein the dither signal is determined by a frequency, an amplitude and a signal form and actuating a flow control valve to produce the sum of a target current and the determined dither current by the consumer. Furthermore, the method comprises determining an indication to the current flowing through the consumer; compensating the indication by the factor of the dither current; and providing the indication, wherein the determination of the dither current and the determination of the indication are synchronized with each other in a predetermined way.

摘要: An electromagnetic valve includes a valve body, a valve core, and an electromagnetic drive device. The valve body has an operation chamber, wherein the valve core is movably arranged in the operation chamber. The electromagnetic drive device is arranged in the valve core and is suitable for being electrically connected with a power source. The electromagnetic drive device is arranged, when driving the electromagnetic valve, to provide the valve core with a starting drive so as to drive the valve core to enter a running state. After the valve core is driven to enter the running to state, to provide the valve core with a maintaining drive so as to keep the valve core in the running state.

It is provided that a mean load voltage to be set during the pulse width modulation period is determined from an input current intensity with the aid of a first controller, the mean load voltage being set in the pulse width modulation period with the aid of the switching device at the consumer, the mean load voltage or a setpoint load voltage determined with the aid of a second controller from a predefined setpoint current intensity being fed to a model adapted to the consumer, and the input current intensity being ascertained from the difference between the predefined setpoint current intensity and a difference variable between an actual current intensity through the consumer and a model current intensity determined with the aid of the model. A circuit configuration for implementing the method is also provided.

摘要: A method of solenoid valve control includes measuring voltage across the solenoid valve and current through the solenoid valve, and using the results to aid in controlling the solenoid valve. For instance, one or both of the measured values may be used to determine when actual engagement of the solenoid valve occurs. An initial lower voltage and lower current can be used, and then as conditions change, the changes in condition can be accounted for by increasing voltage and current to maintain the desired response time of the solenoid valve. By measuring and controlling voltage and current less of a margin can be used, both in setting voltage/current levels and in selecting the time over which a pull voltage/current is utilized. This reduces the wasted energy in the system, as well as reducing the temperature rise in the solenoid valve.

摘要: In an electromagnetic actuator, which comprises a stator, a translator movable along a guiding element, and an excitation coil for generating an electromagnetic force which moves the translator, the coil is supplied with an electric current obtained according to the sum of a first electric signal, the time pattern of which defines a desired motion of the translator, with a second electric signal, which is generated only at each of given level variations of the first electric signal by modulating an oscillating function with a decreasing, time limited function, so that the second signal has an amplitude envelope having a certain maximum width such that the electromagnetic force is subjected to a higher increase of the static friction force between the translator and the guiding element.
