摘要: A method operates an electromotive adjusting device of a motor vehicle. The adjusting device contains a relay which has two contacts. The relay is switched by an electric current flow across the contacts or by an electrical voltage drop between the contacts given a first condition. The relay is switched without an electric current flow across the contacts or without an electrical voltage drop between the contacts given a second condition. An electromotive adjusting device of a motor vehicle, in particular an electromotively operated tailgate, contains such a relay which has two contacts.

摘要: A relay control circuit includes a relay module, a drive module, and a control module. The relay module comprises a plurality of relays and an auxiliary diagnostic unit electrically coupled to the relays. The drive module comprises a drive chip electrically coupled to the relays. The control module comprises a control unit electrically coupled to the drive chip and the auxiliary diagnostic unit. Each of the drive chip and the auxiliary diagnostic unit detects an operating state of each relay, and outputs the operating state of each relay to the control unit. When the operating state of each relay detected by the drive chip or the operating state of each relay detected by the auxiliary diagnostic unit indicates any relay fails, the control unit controls the drive chip to stop operating, and each relay is turned off.

摘要: There is provided an electromagnetic contactor which can easily and inexpensively change the DC operation type to the AC operation type. The electromagnetic contactor includes an electromagnet that opens and closes a contact by using DC excitation of a coil, a lower case that accommodates the electromagnet, external coil terminals that are disposed in the lower case beside the electromagnet, and a substrate that is accommodated in the lower case, and that has a rectifier circuit whose input side is connected to the external coil terminals and whose output side is connected to the coil so as to output a DC after converting an input AC to the DC. An inner surface of the lower case has a groove between the electromagnet and the external coil terminals. The substrate is held by being inserted into the groove.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a relay having a relay contact, having an electrical connection terminal at which an electrical variable can be tapped off, a control connection for receiving a control signal for opening the relay contact, and a controller. The controller is configured to respond to the reception of the control signal by sensing a change of amplitude of the electrical variable and to open the electrical relay contact with a time delay when a rising amplitude of the electrical variable is sensed, in order to reduce an electrical loading on the relay contact. The controller is further configured to respond to the reception of the control signal by opening in a first disconnection process, to sense the amplitude of the electrical variable, to close the relay contact when the rising amplitude is sensed and to open it again, with a time delay, in a second disconnection process.

摘要: A relay circuit includes a power supply to apply an AC input line voltage to the relay circuit, a relay coil and at least one pair of contacts actuated by the relay coil. A zero cross detection circuit and a control logic circuit for the relay circuit are also disclosed. The control logic circuit determines a zero crossover point in response to an output signal from the zero crossover detection circuit, and controls a relay coil to actuate the relay contacts to switch a load at the zero crossover point of a load current when the load is connected to the at least one pair of relay contacts, such that the voltage and current across the relay contacts is zero.

摘要: In the electromagnetic operating device, the driving power supply is composed of two types of power supplies: a capacitor power supply serving as a power supply which is for performing opening/closing operation in a normal time with respect to the vacuum valve; and a DC power supply which is for performing opening/closing operation in an emergency. The capacitor power supply which is for performing opening/closing operation in the normal time includes: capacitors that store electric power to be supplied to the electromagnetic coil; and a control board which controls a current to be supplied from the capacitors to the electromagnetic coil in response to an open-contact or close-contact command to the vacuum valve. Then, the DC power supply which is for performing opening/closing operation in the emergency is to directly supply DC electric power to the electromagnetic coil.
